We were pleasantly surprised by the great price we received and the excellent service we experienced throughout our entire rental process. From the convenient van pick-up at the airport to the smooth paperwork procedure, everything went smoothly. Returning the car was also a quick and hassle-free process

Dec 22,2023Bud-1430181369327 I was absolutely satisfied with the professional service, the speed and the punctuality. The car was excellent and functioned perfectly. It was the first time I used Klass Wagen but I hope many returns to them. The only thing they should improve to setup a water tank and a coffee machines because many of us travelling hours before or after so it could be a nice gesture to people. Thanks a lot

Dec 17,2023Először bérletem autótva Klass Wagentől. Nagyon jó autót kaptam, a bérlés alatt mindennel meg voltam elégedve. Legközelebb is öket választom. Gyors átvétel, és leadás. Udvarias és kedves ügyfélszolgálat. Legközelebb áprilisban megyek Budapestre akkor is öket választom. BUD-1451103648963

Dec 17,2023Very pleasant experience. I requested a Citroen C3, the only car in the category which I can fit comfortably. When I arrived, found out that the company sold all of the Citroen's. The clerk at the desk gave me a station wagon car instead. With no extra cost. Damn it was a nice car. Thank you all

Dec 15,2023I've rented cars 3-4 times (Budapest Airport), but there is always a massive pressure for the customer to choose the extended/extra insurance. I already have a very good rental car insurance, and said I didn't need/want any extra insurance. Then I was told that without this I would have to wash (!) the car before return and get matrizia vignette on my own. Also I would have to document all existing damages to the car (quite some). I've rented cars all over the workd from all sorts of companies, but never experienced anything like this before. The prices are good, the cars more than good enough and the people service minded, but after a long journey, I get pretty pissed by this sort of untrustworthy way of doing business.
