Nov 27,2023We rented a car for the first time through the Klasswagen company. We are really satisfied with the service we received. We didn't encounter any issues at all. The staff were very helpful throughout the process, from picking up the car to returning it. Especially on the day we returned the car, they arranged a taxi for us to reach the city center. Very good cars at a good price, very easy to obtain full insurance, excellent customer service, kind, polite and lovely staff, new and very clean car, I took over the car in approx. 10 minutes, I have been using this company for about 5 years, and I call again and next time, I had many cars from them and everything was always top quality, I recommend it to everyone.

Nov 17,2023I use Klass Wagen every month and none of the brand names can even come close to the service Klass Wagen offers. Actually incredible that the big ones are being put to shame by a local provider. The best is the ability to get full coverage insurance and therefore no deposit is needed! Huge! They have a shuttle bus and there is no fussing around. Rent your car with Klass Wagen!

Highly recommend to anyone who has never done car renting before and for those who are experienced in this as well. The place is very close to the Airport, so in terms of logistics it is also very easy to manage.

Very friendly personell and very young cars so, overall a good service.... 1 little point for improvement: tell your customers that specific tolls have to be paid by the customer, but the highway matrica is available on the car! I discovered that toll rule later and shocked because the highway matrica is ALSO a toll! So I was scared I ran into a punishment, but the matrica was fine so all was okay, just the info not....

It's located outside the airport but someone from Klasswagen will pick you up at the airport and take you to the car rental, it's really quick and easy. We have used them several times and they are really excellent and well-priced. There are no hidden fees or bad surprises and they are very effective. The last time we returned the car, Peter did our check out. He was ready when we arrived. From the time we parked the car in Klass Wagen it only took 10 minutes to do the check out and being taken to the airport and pass security. Amazing service.
