Oct 31,2023I would not have known of this rental, if it was not for my sister that rented a car there, and her experience was positive. So I decided to rent a car at Klasswagen as well when I went to Hungary. I am not a really "planned" person, and I actually just ordered the car over the phone at the airport... no problem. They picked me up at the "curb" with their shuttle in less than 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful and "alive" both on the phone and in person at the rental. And then I needed to extend my rental time... again no problem, (really easy online). I do recommend the Klasswagen car rental to anyone going to Hungary Budapest airport.

Oct 31,2023Oops I've done it again, and I didn't regret it. Rented a car from Klasswagen. The process was smooth and quick, took about 15 mins to sort the paperwork, then I was walked to the car. A brand new Opel Astra. The car was perfect for my needs. I've chosen the rental with full Casco for the peace of my mind, that generates a slightly higher price, but still much cheaper than elsewhere. At the end of the week I returned the car to their office, and they gave me a lift to the airport. Very friendly team, they all professional. I highly recommend them. 👌

Le personnel est aimable et efficace, la voiture en parfait état de tous points de vue. J'ai aussi apprécié l'abandon du principe plein / plein et l'estimation du volume de carburant au départ et au retour m'a semblée tout à fait correcte. J'y retournerai avec plaisir une prochaine fois.
