Never received the product after two months of subscription. Say they don’t offer tracking numbers on orders but tried telling me that Canada post confirmed delivery. How can they confirm delivery on something without a tracking number? Now they ignore my emails. I’ve begun talking with the police about fraud.
My first shipment in January I was ok with for the price. Of the 3 pairs I received, 2 fit me and 1 was incredibly small. Still, for the money, I decided it was worth it. Next time they took my payment and I didn’t receive any confirmation email BUT the world is dealing with Covid so I let it slide. It’s now been nearly 2 months and I have yet to receive an email confirming my order or my product!! I have contacted them about this but heard nothing yet. Super disappointed as money is tight for most people right now!!!
The thongs are always cute but it explains that you can send them an E-mail with specific requests; I cannot wear fabric other then cotton for my underwear, and I sent them an e-mail explaining that, they said they would do their best to accommodate me...... every pair I've received is polyester, and spandex *angry exhale* so I canceled my subscription.
I cancelled my subscription today. After months of getting nothing but lace when I requested no lace on numerous occasions, I couldn’t continue to pay for a product I didn’t want. The lace underwear rip so easily. I would NOT recommend this subscription to anyone.
I received my second month's subscription so far and I have not had any issues. These are the cutest undies ever!
Purchased the 3 pack in large based on their size chart. Of the 3 pairs I received, one fit, one was super tight, and one wouldn't come past my thighs. All the same brief cut from lacey/stretchy material. The tight pair's cotton liner was only stitched in on one corner. Obviously no quality control. Also, you're supposed to get different underwear but this was literally the same pair in 3 different colors. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap.
Seems as though I have had a very similar experience to other people on this site. I live in Toronto and their office is in Toronto so it should only take a couple days to receive my order, however it would always take at least 10 business days past the latest expected arrival date. When I'd complain they'd tell me to check my post office which is ridiculous because I live in a house and there's no reason the mailman would not just put it in the mailbox. This past month I decided to cancel because I had had enough. After I cancelled they still charged me for May! I emailed them and they said they had had to reactivate my subscription because I had an ongoing investigation open with them for the late delivery of my April order. By that point I had already received my April order so there was no reason for any investigation to still be open. Yet they had never updated me about any sort of investigation. I didn't even know they were still "looking" for my package. They had simply stopped responding to me. After accusing them of fraud in multiple emails and on FB messenger they have decided to just ignore me. I wish I had seen this site before I had subscribed.

I wrote a bad review about this company because I never got my package but really my mail man was stupid and put it in unit 105's mail box and not mine. I was over all happy with the ones I got a little. I asked twice 2 unsubscribe but they still charged me for the next month. I shall see if I get it this time in my box. If i get it this month as well. I will probably keep the subscription.
This company is a scam. 100% I ordered for April and yes there is a lot going on right now but they are such pathetic liars. First, I had to send multiple emails to even get a reply. Then they tell me they contacted Canada Post for me and Canada Post confirmed delivery. Odd since it's not even a TRACEABLE package, so I asked for proof of delivery. They then change their story to they were told the whole skid had been confirmed delivered and that includes mine. I repeated again that mine was not delivered. They then FULLY change their story snd say maybe it was delayed by the post office because of Covid. But they said a half hour before that ... that Canada Post confirmed it was delivered. I call them out on all of the lies, and then they lie again when I asked for a refund claiming their terms and conditions on their website stated they do not do refunds on lost packages. So i read them. There is nothing, not one word, about what they do with lost packages but there was a spot thay said they could do refunds as long as the account was still active. Why would they need to put when they do offer refunds, if they never axtually offer refunds as customer service claims. They have stopped responding after I demanded my money back and called them out for lying yet again. They have also blocked me on Instagram after I made a post about this. They're scam artists. Period.
Knotty knickers is a scam. I ordered a package. Was notified that I was charged in canadian instead of American. I let them charge the difference. My package has still not shown up and I ordered almost 2 months ago. They refuse to give a physical address or phone number to contact them, as they are no longer replying to my emails. I will never order thru them again
I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 Star but they won’t let me pick 0! I have had awful experience! 1st- I enrolled and was super excited and upon delivery I had to pay the mailman an extra $3.50 just to get it. Which, yes it is not much money, but that isn’t the point. It's the point that they don’t tell u that’s gonna happen when u enroll. So when I told them about it they said they were sorry sometimes it happens but just send them a receipt from the mailman stating I paid it and how much and they would reimburse me. I didn’t get a recipt and not did I save the white envelope they came in. So I didn’t get anything. 2nd- After that I cancelled my subscription because I’m off to a bad start with them and don’t want any part of it. Well after “cancelling” they still charged me for the next month so I’m sure it’s about to be sent out. I have emailed on this topic and haven’t gotten anything but ignored. So I AM NOT FOR KNOTTY KNICKERS! Awful experience and awful customer service and they lie! Update- I finally figured out how to cancel myself since the lady that worked there didn’t successfully do it. I returned the next package and refused it from mailman. Still waiting for refund for that package, that package as well had a postage due just like the other!
I’ve been subscribed to this company for three months now, and most of the time I don’t receive anything. I unsubscribed because of this and then found I was recently charged for another package even though I unsubscribed. When I contacted their customer service and told them what happened they just said all sales were final and non refundable even though I had unsubscribed myself from them. I had to tell my bank to stop future payments because they were no help. They didn’t even address the fact that I was unsubscribed.
SCAMMERS. LITERALLY impossible to cancel. removed my credit card and cancelled subscription and they charged me for 6 months. Had to charge back ith my bank EVERY month.
I paid for my first shipment on March 28th. It is now April 28th and I still haven't received anything from them. They don't have any phone number for customer service. Can only contact them via e-mail. And in the email their only response is that product is on the way but they can't provide any sort of tracking ID nor shipping confirmation/proof. Its a scam and I am reporting it to my bank.
Was a customer for 2 months. The first set of items didn't fit even though I went by the size chart. The second month my purchase never arrived. Knotty knickers took days to respond via email and messenger. I notified them asked for a tracking number. Not only was i not given a tracking number i was asked to check the post office which defeats the purpose of a delivery. I canceled my subscription because it was close to my payment date, only to find out later the "investigation" would now be closed because im no longer a customer and didn't want to give this company more money. What a ripoff
Ordered the bralette set. They emailed said it was out of stock and going to refund. That was March 6th. No refund no new package as they took the money. They stopped answering me over 2 weeks ago. And now blocked me on messenger as well. This is bs and now seems To be no way to get the money back.
READ! They are horrible! I never got my packages and there website has nowhere to cancel your subscription. DONT DO IT.
