Jun 11,2020So I got my first shipment. They seem cute enough, but I don't think they will fit me. One of the thongs I received had a small stain on the front of it. They come individually wrapped but they smell horrible. They get 1 star for charging the actual cost for shipping. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered in the first place.

Jun 10,2020Extremely poor quality. Don't waste your money or time. Looks like it was made to be sold at the dollar store. To cancel scroll to the right under subscriptions for your profile in the far right in white is the cancel button.

Jun 06,2020I received my first order, the panties were just ok. The second month, I didn't receive my panties. They don't have a 1800 number, so you must email them. It takes forever for them to get back you, then they lie! The first email they told me they mail my package out on May 3rd, so I should have it by May 11th. So May 11th came and went. I emailed them again on May 16th, it took forever for them to get back with me on package. They then told me that Customs had my package and in order for Customs to release my package and send it to me I had to pay like $4 more. So long story short I never received my package and I did not get my money back. This company is a scam!

Jun 06,2020I'm not sure what anyone else on here is referring to, my experience with Knotty was amazing. I received my order quickly, and I'm very impressed with the designs and quality. I'll be recommending Knotty to my friends. I think most of the negative reviews are more to do with delays from COVID...because I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Jun 05,2020Yeah, just don't do it. I ordered and the first month never came. The 2nd month came and I wasn't to unpleased. However, they now took 2 months of money for 3 pairs. The 3rd was set to arrive and they took out the money but didn't pay the shipping. So in order for me to receive it, I had to pay my mailman and additional $3. What was typically $13 a month with shipping turned into $16. Then I get the exact same underwear the following month. Their website is designed so that you can't figure out how to cancel. They make all lettering white so you don't think it is a click able source. Over all very unsatisfied and glad I cancelled.

May 31,2020DO NOT BUY. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS AND SUE I WOULD. I spent over a month and half attempting to get my order or a refund, but they stopped responding to my emails. So, I decided maybe I would post on Facebook about it to keep other people from the same mistake. Now, they have deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting again or messaging them. This is what I said: I know they're cute, but DO NOT buy. This is a scam. They will not send you your product, say it's been delivered, refuse to give you a shipping number but demand you talk to USPS, refuse to give you a refund, and ignore your emails. Oh, and in case you'd like to keep that from happening to you again if it happens to you once, if you cancel your account you can no longer request a refund or replacement for any orders you had while your account was active. 🙃 Judging from reviews I found elsewhere, they will claim I am lying, but feel free to DM and I will send you screenshots of my emails and screenshots of the tons of people posting on other review sites about this same issue. I've been trying to get my order or money back for over a month now. I never, ever cause any sort of conflict or post bad reviews, but I just don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did. 🤷

May 29,2020I had a subscription about a year ago, and while I never had issue with receiving my orders, the quality was so horrible I canceled after a few months of hoping it was just a bad batch. The sizing was way too small. I'm normally a M but even the XL panties could barely get past my thighs. The stitching was always coming undone, the crotch of the panties was always barely stitched on and they always fall apart after one or two wears. I even had a few pairs that came out of the packaging already ripped apart. You could staple together some old rags and have a more quality pair of underwear than what Knotty Knickers sends you. Even Wish is better honestly. It's also super cheap, super uncomfortable fabric. All the positive reviews are paid and fake, so don't believe them.

May 28,2020Wish I could give 0 stars. I generally wear a 2x-3x. Out of 3 shipments 1 pair has fit me. I've tried to cancel and can't via their website. When reaching out to customer service you will get a prewritten response. They do not care about your issue. I have tried for over a month to cancel. They just keep saying I have to do it through their website but I have clicked on absolutely everything clickable and there is no cancel option. I was billed again and have written them threatening to turn them in for fraud. How is it legal that I have contacted them that I no longer want their service yet they keep billing me? This is the biggest sham of a company, stay away.....far away. After many days and hours of trying to cancel, I finally figured out how. Under manage subscriptions, scroll over to the right. The edit/cancel button is totally unseen unless you do, no doubt on purpose. Hope this helps someone.

May 28,2020I received my first shipment today (Canada) in the white, discrete envelope they promised. All pairs fit and are polyester with a cotton crotch sew-in. You can email them if you have preferences and I asked for wide hips, no bikini style and received 1, but still cute. The fabric seems durable but I'll have to see after a wash.

May 27,2020I wish zero stars were an option! Signed up. I pay for my first month. Nothing arrives. I pay for my second month. Still nothing arrives. I try emailing their support email and I receive no reply. When I make an issue about it on social media, someone reaches out and says I never contacted them. I have the automatic support requests every time I've tried emailing them. They've lied to me. They've lied about me. I've now opened a case with PayPal with them to try and get my money back. They told PayPal I emailed them saying I'd received my package! I did not such thing and they've not been able to produce proof of this. Cancelling with them is a whole other nightmare. I cancelled on may 9th and have email proof. They renewed my subscription on may 24th, without my consent, and billed me a third time. The only things I've received have been attitude and the worst service I've experienced in my entire life. Whoever runs this operation should be ashamed. Run far away!

May 26,2020I encourage hiring someone who cares and is good at customer service, and invest in some quality product, soft, classy, sexy... They may just want to get as many ppl's $8-10 as possible before going under. Pun intended. 😉 Knotty Knickers was SUPER disappointing. Poor quality; took forever to arrive. They didn't honour my preferences (no neon colours) for my very first order, and they still sent me TWO neon ones, didn't fit well at all. Will not wear. #regift Their 'fix it' offer was to send an extra pair of underwear if you buy more, can't guarantee they will not be neon with your next order. Thnaks anyways, best of luck.

May 26,2020They deserve zero stars. They sent me the wrong size, when I emailed them to correct it they basically called me a liar and asked for proof that they sent the wrong size. I sent them their proof and they still refused to correct it. Do not subscribe to this horrendous company.

May 26,2020I have had a subscription to Knotty Knickers for months and asked to cancel my subscription multiple times through email over the past 1.5 months yet they continue to charge me and not send the products I’m paying for. I commented on their Facebook asking for their help to cancel. They asked me to private message them and as soon as I did they blocked me and turned off my ability to comment on their post. This company is a SCAM!! The products are poor quality and they refuse to cancel subscriptions or mail products they charge you for. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO! Horrible company!

May 23,2020Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but that's the lowest rating allowed. I subscribed in March and never received my order. I asked for a refund and was told that was not possible. I cancelled my subscription as soon as I was allowed to, but they reactivated my subscription and charged my card again. Their customer service department is absolutely terrible, and this company is a straight up scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They sent me the wrong size, and won't refund or replace unless I keep my subscription... I almost never leave bad reviews, but this company deserves it. Splendies is, by far, a better value.

May 17,2020Yikes... I had to cancel my subscription because they kept sending the wrong size. & the underwear would come half sewn or falling apart. This would be good if you want underwear that fall apart after the first wash.

May 15,2020I haven’t received anything but got charged a second month. Customer service told me I had to cancel in my account. ( as you have read in other comments, it’s one of the most challenging to cancel.) As of May 2020, this is how I canceled: You need to log in, go to subscription. scroll your screen over to actions, You might have to click edit and it should be at the very bottom of the page under your address (I was clicking around a lot but thats what I remember. your looking for something that doesn’t look clickable and says “cancel”.)

Jun 11,2020I started a subscription with them. I immediately informed them of the style & colors that I do not want. What did I get in my order? Yup, only the style & colors I don't want. Ugh! Why should I pay for something monthly if I'm not going to get what I want? I immediately cancelled. Also, the quality of the panties I did receive is very poor. They are all cheap material which is not good for our sensitive lady parts!
