Jul 11,2020Had a terrible experience with customer service! Took 4 weeks for shipping instead of the 5-8 days. Customer service just repeatedly asked if I checked my mailbox and said they would launch an "investigation" with the post office. I sent the above message in a DM, and was immediately blocked. Also posted a link to Trustpilot in a comment section and within 60 seconds it was removed. The Facebook page removes all negative reviews immediately. It's a very untrustworthy company.

Jul 10,2020So apparently when you have a complaint they just stop corresponding with you. I didn’t receive my package so I let them know. They sent an automated email that said the investigation should take 2-4 business day. I contacted them after 7 business days and all I got was the same automated email. Now they’re just not responding anymore. Absolutely horrible service. My fiancé wasn’t even upset about the quality, just the fact that they quit answering our emails. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. You might get a few packages, but eventually there will be a problem and they won’t try and resolve it.

Jun 30,2020If I could I would not give them even one star. They took payment from my account and I never received my items. Then the first time I did receive my purchase they said sense I was in the us it would cost more and they needed to charge me more. I was charged more money on top of what the cost was suppose to be. I would never recommend them to any one.

Jun 26,2020I'd give zero stars if possible. I received a pair of underwear with a red/brown stain on it. I immediately contacted customer service asking if I could send the pair back in exchange for an unstained pair. I provided pictures of the stained underwear as well. The only response I received is them asking me to resend the pictures. So I resend the pictures, their next response was them telling me I did not send pictures and they asked me to send pictures AGAIN. I have sent them FOUR emails now with pictures. I commented on their Facebook as well, hoping to get some help there and they completely ignored my comment. They only respond to you on Facebook if you leave a positive comment. At this point I'm sure I won't be receiving a new pair and plan on canceling my subscription. I would not recommend them to anyone! Not to mention the sizing of the underwear is way off, some pairs fit perfect and others were way too small. Don't waste your time or money.

Jun 26,2020I bought a bralette and they refused to refund me or send me a replacement and offered me 50% off of a new one. I deleted my subscription and they told me because of that they couldn't see past orders or anything related to my account and they blocked me on FB. And they said that I was supposed to let them know within 15 days of my order, except I hadn't even recieved it within 15 days... Sketchy company and sketchy product. Beware.

Jun 23,2020The quality of the product is subpar and in the time I was with them I had received wrong sizes, wrong product And product with color bleeding. The sizes are way off out of the 3 pairs I would receive a month all “Small” at least one would be way to big or way to small.

Jun 23,2020This company treats people horribly and cares more about social media appearance than providing a quality service. This is why you’ll only see positive comments–they delete all negative ones. They’re a super dishonest brand and block you from messaging them if you have problems with your order. I gave my preferences, and they sent me 3 pairs that were EXACTLY what I said I could not wear, despite having tons of great styles I would wear being advertised on their site! I shared my honest experience with polite language on their Facebook page, and they immediately took it down and blocked me when I messaged asking for a partial refund. Check their reviews on Trustpilot, as well. This is a horrible company. Transparency matters, and deleting comments shows their priorities. They only cared about taking my money and not helping with anything afterwards. You are much better off going to Target or another big box store because they will at least try to work with you and provide customer service if something happens with your product.

Jun 20,2020My first month's shipment didn't arrive by the time I got notice about the second one so I emailed them. We went back and forth about it and they kept telling me to check with my post office and I kept telling them that I didn't have any information (any kind of tracking or reference number) to ask the post office about. Knotty Knickers told me they checked with Canada Post and my package was delivered -- it absolutely was not. They told me there were probably taxes and duties in it so to check the post office. Again, with no information to offer the post office to help. When I finally got what I assume is my second month's package, it came from Mississauga, a city in the same province that I'm in, so there's no reason there would be duty on it. I cancelled my subscription, then got an email saying that they started it again so they could re-send the first month's package and I could cancel at any time. I can't imagine why re-subscribing me without my consent was necessary to resolve the issue and was an appalling development. The panties themselves are fine, pretty standard quality for the price point, but the hassle is not worth it at all and the company is sketchy as hell.

Jun 17,2020I also made mistake of trying this underwear service. They send postage due to USA after you already pay shipping on website. They will not provide full refund even though you cant get the package without paying again. I cant say anything about the quality because I refuse to pay ransom for package. It is a shady Canada company so be warned you do not have US consumer protections!!

I went with the 3 panties every other month and i canceled right away! 1 pair was maybe like walmart quality. but the other 2 were definitely the cheapest ugliest undies i have ever come across. Do not use these sites!! Spend more money and get your panties on sale from a real brand!

Jun 15,2020They didn't put enough postage on my order so the post office will not deliver. Knotty Knickers expects me to retrieve it and pay the difference in postage. I am unable and unwilling to do this. The customer service has been horrendous. I want a full refund and they refuse to give it to me for an order that hasn't been delivered because of their error. I have filed a complaint with their local BBB.

Jun 14,2020I chose the type of panty package (Nice package), and chose the specific pairs I wanted for my first order. There was NO fine print anywhere saying they choose the panties for your first order. I get my first pack and it's not only not what I chose, it was entirely the wrong package of panties! It was a random mix from various packages! There's no phone number to call, so numerous emails and days later, I'm still just trying to get the original set I wanted! At first they acknowledged the error, then came back saying I got the right package. I emailed back, with a FB photo, proving it was the wrong package. Canceling my subscription as soon as soon as they give me what I ordered!

Jun 13,2020I didnt really give any specifics on what I wanted, except for style which was on point ( not things) people just need expect that it is ultimately a random subscription. And you get sort of what you want just like any other subscription. I like what I got but I did feel like one of the underwears I got was a little small, but the other 2 were perfect 👍 so yeah you get what you pay for. My second month was better than my first. All fit good. Overall I'd say that paying 14$Canadian for 3 pairs is a good price..

Jun 13,2020Like several others, I have not received my last two shipments. I was charged the full amount, but haven't received the products. I wrote to customer service for the first time nearly 6 wks ago asking for my subscription to be canceled and the cost reimbursed. I still have not received any word from them, and I have written an additional three letters. For the panties I did receive, the quality was terrible. The sizing was all over the place and one was ripped. The panties were packaged individually, but did not appear clean. Honestly, don't do it. You end up stuck in customer service hell, where you're being charged and there's no contact at all.
