Jun 10,2020Mia has been fantastic throughout the entire on-boarding process and helped us deliver high-quality leads directly into our CRM within a month. And within that time, we have already covered the subscription costs for the year in sales. If you want strong new leads, don't look anywhere else. The product and customer support is fantastic and I highly recommend it. Give it a go, you wont regret it...

Jun 09,2020Like a previous respondent, I'd also give zero stars if I could. These people are so terribly pushy, constantly harassing one by phone and by email. I told them to stop harassing us, the message could not be misunderstood. Nevertheless, they continue to bombard us with emails. What a hopeless bunch. A prime candidate for an major ICO fine indeed.

May 20,2020Lead Forensics is a great tool and what i find the best is, that you don´t just buy a software tool. We do have a designated support and success manager who keeps in touch with us. In our case it is Jordan King and he really helps us getting the most out of the tool. We do have a fixed schedule when we talk to him and we can ask any questions we have. In this way we benefit of the overall experience of Lead Forensics and how to turn leads into customers. With his help we could achieve very early on in the process of understanding and using the tool a successful acquisition of a new high potential client. And the pipeline is filled with lots more :) Thank you. Five stars for you Jordan.

May 19,2020In July 2019, with the creation of my role as Implementation Manager, I led a project that focused business development change strategy. One of the project streams focused on how commercial teams engage with Lead Forensics. With the support (and patience) of Kyle Whitworth and Lisa Cook, we were able to make the full transition from weekly to Realtime reporting. Kyle and Lisa worked tirelessly, interpreting different complexities of tracking that had to be relevant to each division across the UK. They also ensured that this change was imbedded post launch, being key points of contact for any queries, often where varying levels of training had to be met. In 2020, Kyle has continued to work closely with us in the lead up to and post launch of our new company website. He has also continued to accommodate and make intuitive suggestions that reflect the changing needs of key stakeholders within our business. If you are looking for a provider, look no further. Professional, credible and invaluable.

May 13,2020If you are a small local type Mom and Pop business,This is not for you!!! In theory it is great HOWEVER.. the downside was only revealed to me AFTER being LOCKED INTO a 1 year contract. They only send you leads that come from a certain type of IP address, either Static of Dynamic I'm not sure, but the point is if you are looking to get solid local leads, more than likely the local people who are searching for you don't have that, lets say "Commercial type" of IP address. Example: I have a Restaurant Equipment company in Las Vegas and my goal was to procure local b2b type of leads from people who are opening a restaurant, remodeling, etc. The problem is that most people do work off their laptop that isn't linked to any business name therefore there isn't a lead.Only, corporate type restaurants that have a corporate location and pay "Karen" to look up a price for something on the internet which is most of what I got. All leads that didn't do me a bit of good from all over the country, which I found weird. very rarely did local leads I was in search of ever appear in my dashboard. And its up to you to cold call from there as they want to charge you more money to get a name for the person you want to contact. I am not a review writer at all for anything but I feel very slighted that they lock you into a 1 year contract, and this is NOT a cheap service. The people that onboarded me were all very nice and I don't have anything bad to say about anyone there but they should have known when we first started talking about me joining as I explained my business model and what I was trying to achieve out this that this service was not for me. But they are salespeople, Nothing more. I'm sure it is a great tool for a national corporate structured business. But if you a a small mom and pop local guy I would strongly tell you to spend your marketing dollars elsewhere.

May 12,2020The lead forensics portal is very easy to use and gives you a wealth of information and detailed reports. On top of that our account manager Francesca is excellent and has helped us no end. She has always been available if we have needed help or to add additional value.

May 07,2020Lead Forensics offer to tell you who or which companies has visited your website, which on the surface of it seems very useful. They do this by tracking the source IP addresses where a visit to your site has come from. They then refer to a centralised IP address file. This can only tell them the addresses of this organisations which have a fixed IP which are almost always very large companies as smaller organisations/people have their IP changed by their ISP every few months. Being told somebody from a large company in a large building looked at your site is bordering on useless as how do you or indeed Lead Forensics know who that person was in the building!! They will provide you with a list of staff who work there which helps not one jot. Do by all means try them but the hard sell you will likely get should tell it's own story.

Apr 23,2020It's a great B2B tool for marketers and BD, allowing you to see site traffic on a company level. The initial onboarding and ongoing training for new starters is comprehensive, and our AM's (Joe and Cecily) were very knowledgable with campaign setup and creative ideas to incorporate LF into wider marketing activity. Support queries were answered quickly - nearly always sameday.

Apr 20,2020It is hard to not be wowed by the tech that is Lead Forensics. Who wouldn't want to know which companies had been on your website? And exactly what marketing is driving traffic there? What we were not expecting is the help we received from our cheerleader, Jordan. Regular calls not only taught us the tech, but also helped us link it to our Pipedrive system. The monthly calls to check we are still using it to full effect are great motivators. Not experienced at B2B marketing, Jordan has been a valued source of information and training as well. Can't recommend enough.

Apr 08,2020They pretend to clients that the can get the name and number of anyone coming on to your website. I had a call today and they told me I'd been on there website. Never been on it. Anyway the supply fake leads. One other thing. Have a look at the contributors on there service, mainly first time posters ! Think they are covering up a dreadful service.

Apr 02,2020Great platform for us to follow our potential clients. I am as an amateur needed support then LF introduced a very enthusiastic advisor, Called Jordan King. He showed me the powerful side of LF to me and every two weeks mentored me to get familiar not only with LF itself, but also helped me to update my CRM into LF. I could make some sales pipelines and good track for leads, visitors and overall helped me to sell my product.
