Feb 17,2020We've received a number of calls from Lead Forensics and each has left a sour taste in the mouth - after making it inexplicably clear we are not interested in their services, we continue to be hounded by their sales team that seem to have no clue of how you should speak to someone on the phone. This review is a result of >6 months of telling them NO, we are not interested and still receiving pushy, interrogative sales calls. Wouldn't be the slightest bit interested in their services, even if I did have a need for it. Don't contact me regarding this review, as it won't be amended. Edit: I've noticed on other reviews you've made out they aren't 'genuine' as they aren't linked to a company email address, I wonder why that would be? Perhaps so you aren't tempted to bombard them with 00's of calls to amend their review.. Your sales department needs a good looking at, some training is definitely in order.

It has provided us with really good data for us to go and sell! Can imagine it might seem daunting to try and use this software for some, but the support received from Jordan King has been second to none. Incredibly supportive, patient & helps you every step of the way! 10/10
