The Lead Forensics tool has prooven to be an excellent marketing resource. Very helpful is their onboarding process, in our case proactively facilitated by German native speaker Michaela Janssen who has been very efficient in guiding us. Highly recommended.

My experience to date has been fantastic, Daniella consistently checks in, support the onboarding of new team member and overall has helped me get up and running on LeadForensics. I would recommend Lead Forensics to support your sales increase sales opportunities for your business.

Our company have been using Leads Forensics for over a year now, the insights we receive are excellent. Dani Hole, our Account Manager, has been great to work with, she is very helpful and accommodating to our requirements. We have recently incorporated our customers in Leads Manager and Dani has been great in ensuring this meets our requirements.

I was recommended Lead Forensics and they have not let me down. My account manager Jordan knows his stuff, as he took me through a 12 point on boarding road map that has allowed me to hit the ground running. It's a fantastic way of generating new leads, as it does the heavy lifting for me. 5/5 stars for price, simplicity, effectiveness and ROI. A must for any BDM or Sales Team.

We use LF on all three of our brands and it is an integral part of our lead generation strategy. It also gives us transparency on how the site is being used and integrates well with MailChimp and our CRM. Our account manager, John Allwood is the reason, I believe, we have had so much success. He has gone above and beyond in making sure that we get the best out of the product and is always extremely patient and helpful at all times.

I implemented Lead Forensic for our sales department on two companies I worked for. It is a great tool that can seriously make the difference, it all depends on the work you put in and how good is your sales team to transform leads into successful sales. As a side note Samantha, our account manager is absolutely great, always available during the onboarding process and working with us to ensure we can see and exceed our ROI

Beware. Pushy cold caller wouldn't take no for an answer so I terminated the call. Within a few minutes my google adwords (pay per click) mysteriously had an abnormally high number of clicks (and therefore costs). Coincidence? I doubt it

The sales induction process was clear and smooth. It transitioned into building a relationship with a Lead Forensics Customer Success Manager (CSM). My first CSM left after a couple of months which was annoying, but it happens. However, I am now dealing with Samantha (Sam) Drain, who is fantastic. She is guiding my team and me through the process with regular phone calls and screen shares. Sam is very knowledgeable and comes from a sales background using Lead Forensics herself. LF is a tool, and you have to know how to use it properly to get excellent results. Thank you, Sam.

We have had LF for a few months now. We use it to identify business that have shown interest in our services and work with our Success Manager Jordan King. This involves in building a process to get in touch with them and start building a relationship to hopefully convert them into a new client. He also is helping us with building more traffic to our website via an outbound sales process to increase traffic from relevant businesses we want to work with. This includes Sales coaching, Roleplay calls and overall sales approach. Great consultancy and we hope to start converting business very soon!

Every time i write a review it is getting deleted for "defamatory languge" although i only describe what happend to me. So they called us and gave us false information on how they got our info. Say they met someone at a fair but the person they refered to couldnt remember speaking to anyone from Lead Forensics. So right after their first lie we knew we would never make business with them if they cannot simply be honest to us. Thats it. You can try to delete this comment all you want i will post it again and again and again until you leave it on trustpilot once. These practices make you look much much worse to be honest. I am more and more getting the feeling you guys are doing unjust business and you constantly flagging my post is evidence enough!

I have no interest in the products or services of this company. Despite this they have hounded my work email address for years and despite my requests to be removed from their mailing lists this harassment continues (in flagrant disregard of GDPR). This practice is unacceptable and perhaps telling of the values which underpin this company.

A secret little gem for marketing and sales. If used actively and integrated into daily processes LF can be a really effective weapon. We have been using the tool for many years and have thoroughly enjoyed working with our account manager Luke Shaw. No ask is too big or small with Luke! :)

From an initial approach through to implementation, the Lead Forensics team have done a superb job. What's more, since subscribing to the service, our business (Rockfield Media) has secured three new clients in as many month months. Without any doubt, you can call the Lead Forensics team experts in sales and acquisition. Telephone marketing is a tough thing to do, especially when you have to do it in a foreign language in other territorries. Nevertheless, Lead Forensics convinced us to try website tracking and we see great value in using this tool. Lead Forensics not just only sell the service of website tracking, but they additionally offer sales consulting during the period of the contract. They adjust their consulting strategy very well to the needs of their customers. We are very happy with the current service of our consultant, Jordan King, he well anticipated the processes and the resources within our company and we are happy to collaborate with him. Negative points in the cooperation with Lead Forensics are just two points. First, the account manager changed during our contract period and we had to adjust our cooperation with Lead Forensics. I think this cost us some valuable time in developing our skills by using Website tracking. Second, Lead Forensics definitely is on the upper scale in pricing. But overall, they offer good services and do a good job, this is why we rate them with 4 stars out of 5.

Don't be fooled by the sales team... I did write a review on Google, but I have noticed that mine and many others have all been removed due to the nature of the poor comments that had been made from the service we had been given. I signed up less than a year ago for the service. The sales team did their job and pushed and pushed, telling me how wonderful the software was and that it could potentially deliver me, new clients, every month. So I signed up for 12 months. A week later, they rang and asked if everything was good and that they would like to get me onto the referral and partnership programme, even better, but then it went very wrong.... Constant, relentless, personalised spamming. For month after month after month after month. within a few days, 3 people had contacted me from different departments asking me to do lots of different things to sign up to be a partner, this took over an hour on the phone, then there was a problem with the digital signature, and this had to be changed, this took another 2 weeks to sort out. All this after just signing up as a new customer. I was then called again by Lead Forensics who asked if I would like to trial the software, not even aware that I had indeed, already signed up as a new client, this went on for weeks, being called week after week with the same process. In the end, I got annoyed and spoke to their customer service manager and said that I would be cancelling my contract due to the poor level of customer service. After a while, the calls stopped, but the damage had already been done. Every month thereafter, I was called to see if all was OK, in fact, it was not ok, but I now have no time to spend on lead forensics. I think they mean well, but it's forced, not sold. What you get from Lead Forensics is reverse IP tracking showing some of the big companies in the UK and Worldwide. OK that's great, but try and get through to the decision-makers! You can't. 85% of the businesses looking at our site were outside of our allocated sales area which I assume, Lead Forensics knew from the trial and the data that was 'made' available to us. Waste of money, waste of time, waste. I spent £225+VAT a month, and I wish I hadn't bothered. Will I be renewing, no chance! Oh, and after all of this, I get a call from someone else at the company a few days ago, to say that the person who sold me this contract was no longer working for the company. This sums up the whole way I feel about Lead Forensics. BUYER BEWARE!

Robynne has been extremely helpful in the process of training on Lead Forensics. Nothing has been too much of a problem. Robynne’s communication skills have been first class. Additionally, I have have found her polite, friendly and easy to discuss things. Even when I didn’t know something. A real asset to your company. Someone to keep hold of! Well done, Robynne.

Ms. Janssen has been tremendously helpful in bringing us ahead with our LeadForensics experience. The software is great, however, you need to take the time to integrate it in your business processes. Now that we have that, it is very helpful. Thanks Ms. Janssen for getting us there.
