Apr 27,2023This will be the last time I use this company. Ordered a Coleman cooler (order SR20542890) which was stated as being in stock and delivery would be in 3 to 5 days. This was on 3rd April. I appreciate that there have been bank holidays, but the lack of communication is poor. It is now 26th April and all I get off them is "we are chasing it up with suppliers". I notice the website still shows it as in in stock for delivery in 3 to 5 days. I had the same issue with this company with a Cadac took last year which took months to resolve. Their website clearly isn't updated and I imagine they order in most items when you place an order so items aren't in stock at all. Poor show.

Apr 27,2023Excellent price, product and commendable service! A wonderful experience from start of order to completion of delivery. I am very, very pleased with the price and quality of the product, the standard of the service and hassle free delivery. I was keeping an eye on the delivery details, contacted their chat online and Dan provided speedy response that the the bike will arrive before Friday. Seeing as I live in London and ordered it on Saturday it was delivered on Wednesday, this is great! So, in my opinion the delivery service was superb, the bike was packaged very well. I can highly recommend this company with confidence and have no hesitation in using this company again.

Apr 25,2023We have not yet received the item. The carrier you use is Yodel; and they have failed to deliver the item to our home on two occasions now, despite me sending specific instructions on how to get there. They are hopeless and I suggest you change to another carrier.
