Good company great value
Ordered socks which said 2-4 and 5-7 working days on the sales invoice which doesn't make any sense if they are both in stock! Three days later no comms to say the order was being progressed. Used the online chat and waited 7 minutes for a response so gave up!! Called the phone number and told experiencing high call numbers so have to wait 1 minute. Not so bad. 5 minutes later still waiting so gave up again!! Will not be buying from these people again for sure

Good experience. Good price and although delivery was a little slow, company communicated well about it. Bike was not the colour I ordered but I really liked the one they sent so for me it was a happy mistake, for some it might not be.
AVOID at all costs! I decided to purchase a bike from Leisure Outlet after reading some good reviews on this website. What a mistake! It was the start of a nightmare journey that took basically two months to get sorted. I placed an order on late February. The expected delivery was between 3 and 5 days and it took Leisure Outlet almost a month do deliver my bike (after I had contacted them almost every other week to check on the status of my order). I was not consulted about the delivery date and the bike arrived completely damaged (e.g., the box was ripped, the pannier rack was bent, back wheel was bent and broken). When I finally managed to get ahold of them to address this issue, I was told to fill out an insurance form. The latter would not let me submit the requested information. After several failed attempts and having to contact Leisure Outlet AGAIN, they decided to process the refund from their side. After another three weeks of constant follow up and receiving conflicting information, I finally managed to get my money back. All in all, I live in a city in which having a bike is essential. I have spent so much time and money on alternative transportation methods while this ridiculous situation was being sorted that it would have been easier to buy a more expensive bike from any other more reliable shop. Leisure Outline not once proactively tried to solve this issue. It also showed no empathy for my situation, or offered any type of compensation for the costs I have incurred because of them. I also lost track of how much time I spent contacting them and follow up on this issue. If you can, avoid this website and business at all costs.

Great service and speed of dispatch
I spoke to Adam, Emma and Dan on different occasions. All were knowledgable and helpful. When I had all the info and ordered, I was amazed to see both canopy and Panorama arrive the very next day. What a service. Highly recommended.
Bought 2 camping chairs, it said they were in stock delivery would take 2-5 days. Day 5 still no sign of the chairs so I rang them to be told there’s a delay on the 2nd chair they did not inform me of this. Fast forward 9 days later (some of days were Easter weekend). I rang them again on the Tuesday to ask them for an update on the chairs and was told they were getting delivered to their warehouse today. Later that day 1 chair arrived but no sign of the other one. Rang again on the Thursday they reassured me the chair is marked as urgent and had been sent out. No chair on Friday, so rang them yet again they hadn’t sent it out but reassured me again that it would be today (Friday). Finally the chair turned up on Saturday nearly 2weeks later. I have emailed them but yet waiting for a response. Avoid this company
