Brenda was extremely helpful, providing valuable information to prepare for the trip and was knowledgeable and professional throughout. Brenda clearly is an animal lover which meant that my pets (and myself) travelled in comfort. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone looking to travel to or from the UK with their pet.

Dec 13,2022Η κυρία Brenda ήταν πολύ οργανωμένη και εξυπηρετική....δεν κατάφερα ακόμη να ταξιδεψω λογο των συνόρων που με κράτησαν 5 ωρες για έλεγχο ενώ όλα μου τα χαρτιά ήταν σωστά και έτσι εχασα την κούρσα μου για τώρα αλλα η κυρια Brenda ήταν πολύ καθυσηχαστικη και βοηθητική μαζι μου .....θα επικοινωνήσουμε το συντομότερο για ένα νέο ταξιδι μαζι ....σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα !

Dec 12,2022Amazing experience with Le Pet Express, coming back from France to UK in their comfy van with my mini dog Kyoko. Super well organized, comfortable and affordable way to cross the channel when you do not drive or have a car. Very convenient pick up at Calais Frethun TGV train station and drop off at Ashford international, only 38 min train away from London. I already booked my next trip away to Paris with Kyoko, we will be using Le Pet Express regularly from now on!!!😊

Brenda is incredibly thorough which is a godsend when bringing a pet back into the UK as there as so many little details that can prevent you from doing so once you're at the border. She knows her stuff through and through, started the business out of her love for animals and her desire to make it more affordable and easier for pet owners to bring their pets into the UK, and provides a super streamlined service. Having done the Europe-UK several times now without my own car, I can definitely say this was the smoothest and most affordable way to do it. Will be using Le Pet Express again and recommending it to others!
