Nov 04,2022Excellent experience. Brenda is very kind and she knows what she is doing. The van is comfortable and you sit next to your pet all the way. It is the most convenient and affordable way to take a pet to the UK.

Nov 03,2022Le Pet Express is not only the most simple, straightforward, and cost-effective way of getting a pet from France to the UK. Brenda set up the business (and drives the van herself) because she once faced the same dilemma as her passengers, so she's an expert. Given that she now does the journey several times a week, we were in very safe hands. The most difficult part of traveling with a pet was getting the right information on what documents were needed - there was no clarity, so the day of travel to the UK felt like a gamble. But Brenda was always available to help understand the process and check documents (which no-one else does), and went through customs with us. It goes to show that all 5 passengers on the day I traveled got their pets into the UK. If you're trying to bring a pet into/out of the UK without a car of your own (and without paying a small fortune for a taxi), this is the best option. But more than that, having someone expertly guide you through the procedures is invaluable.

Oct 21,2022Brenda is amazing! If it wasn't for her incredible service, my dog and I would have been swimming across the cold waters into England! Due to some misinformation on my side, I was at the train station in Calais when a repeat guest of LePet Express told me about Brenda and her company. I immediately called Brenda and was lucky to get the last seat on her van due to a last minute cancellation. Her service, gorgeous new van offering impeccable facilities for our furry friends and professionalism made the border crossing easy and efficient. I immediately booked her for the return and will book her again for all future trips! See you soon and thank you a million for your fantastic service!

Without her service, getting to the other side of the Channel would have been difficult. Her explanations of what to expect were clear from the very first email contacts and during the trip she always reassured us and updated us on the steps ahead. I would highly recommend LePetExpress to anyone who wants to travel with their pet to the UK without spending a fortune.

Sep 29,2022This is such a great service! I used Le Pet Express to travel to Paris to fly to the US with my dog. I found it to be very easy and much more affordable than a private driver. My dog and I will definitely be using Le Pet Express for any upcoming travels. If you're traveling with a pet in or out of the UK, I highly recommend Le Pet Express.

Sep 25,2022Used LePetExpress to get across to Callais Frethun and return a month later to Ashford International with my two dogs. Brenda has put together a much needed service that does what it says on the tin (to and fro from those two locations) and works like clockwork (given widthband for getting through pet customs and Eurotunnel delays) at an affordable price. Will be a regular customer of this service.

Sep 05,2022I was losing hope on getting my late Mum's cat from London to his new home with us in Luxembourg, and then I found LePet Express on Google! What a God send ! All I had to do was fix the date, fill out the form, be at the pick up point on time with Puss and the necessary paperwork and then leave Brenda to organize everything else - and when I say everything, I mean everything! She does ticketing, sends a check list before the travel date to make sure all the paper work is in order - and that's for travel in both directions, and she gets everyone through the administrative stuff at Dover and Calais without fuss and bother. She does run a tight ship, but thankfully so, as remember this is a cross-border journey. She explains procedures every step of the way and keeps her passengers calm - two- and four-legged alike. The custom-made transport vehicle is comfy and clean, and pets and their people are able to see each other, which makes life easier for everyone. We even all enjoyed apples from Brenda's local farmers market as refreshment en route. I can honestly say that what I thought was going to be a no go, or at best a long and stressful 'go' via various airports, turned out to be an enjoyable experience and very good value to boot. I have no hesitation in recommending LePet Express and congratulate Brenda on providing such a great and much needed service. May her business go from strength to strength!
