Not only was she amazingly helpful in advance to help all of the absolutely myriad for forms you have to jump through to bring your dog back but she was patient and clear throughout. The journey was absolutely flawless and she explained every step brilliantly. The service Brenda offers is absolutely invaluable and I'm sure saves so many people in their time of need. I don't drive and genuinely would have been lost without her. Thank you Brenda!

Apr 22,2023One star only because zero isnt possible...this was our first time travelling back to the UK with a pet. Based on reviews we chose Le Pet Express and it was the first time, the last time and one time too many. There was some trouble with our dog's paperwork and Brenda (the owner of Le Pet Express) immediately walked to her taxi to offload our suitcases and left us in the parking lot in Calais with no information, no transportation, no accomodation and no idea about how to solve our issue. The staff took pity on us and helped us, otherwise we wouldnt have made it back. What we got from her was zero interest, zero help. You would think she'd refund us or at the very least contact us to hear how we managed? Well you'd be wrong. With so many companies offering this service why use hers?

Brenda is friendly, super knowledgeable and efficient, and an obvious animal lover. She made sure we navigated all the (somewhat complicated) border rules. Happy to have found this company!

Mar 28,2023This was my second time using Le Pet Express to travel between the UK and France. I have already booked my next trip to make sure that I have a seat. This is because, on top of being one of the more economically sound options available, they guide you through the whole experience to make it seamless. Brenda was willing to help review the pet checklist pre-departure and also explained what to expect as we were crossing.

Not only the shuttle service is very good (comfortable van, vary safe space for the animals, on time), Brenda is very supportive, going as far as helping us review our dogs passport as to avoid any issues with entering the UK. I definitely recommend this service and will use it again in the future.

As a woman travelling alone from Calais to Ashford, I was unsure of getting in a stranger’s van with my beloved cat. Result was that I felt100% safe and comfortable from beginning to end. Brenda is a consummate professional, informative, knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. And her bright red van is pristine clean, no odours with comfortable seats. Feb 09,2023Booked them for me and my cat and I never regret it! The trip was amazing, we even had time to stop for food and drinks before the Eurotunnel boarding and the van itself is very spacious and comfortable! Much better than having my cat go through a pet transport company alone!

Feb 08,2023I had to move to London with my one-year-old rabbit and I had no way of travelling with him by plane or train. I also didn't have a car that would allow me to cross the channel. And I came across the Pet Express service which allowed me to cross the channel without any problem and moreover taking good care of my rabbit. Brenda who offers this service was very attentive to me and my pet and very professional. I would recommend her service 100% and it is really nice to meet someone who cares about the welfare of animals and wants them to travel with as little stress as possible.
