Aug 25,2022This review is based on the exceptional customer service I received from Le Pet Express. Brenda, the lady who runs the company could not be more helpful and understanding. I made a booking which she made efficiently and talked me through what was needed to make sure every aspect of the journey and documentation would be correct. Brenda also sent me documentation to assist with this which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I needed to cancel the booking at short notice. Brenda was very kind and understanding about this and refunded me very swiftly. Le Pet Express is a much needed service which I am so happy to have discovered. Judging by the experience I have had so far (I also had a lengthy chat with Brenda) I have every confidence in them. I very much look forward to travelling with them at some point in the future.

Aug 21,2022Je suis très contente d’avoir trouvé Brenda et cette solution pratique, fluide et simple pour pouvoir rentrer voir ma famille avec mes chiens depuis Londres vers l’Europe. Dès la première prise de contact, Brenda surveille et explique bien tous les documents nécessaires et nous enlève tout le stress. Mes chiens ont dormi durant la traversée et je lui suis très reconnaissante. Nous allons encore utiliser les services de Brenda la semaine prochaine pour revenir en Angleterre. Je recommande sans hésiter à qui cherche une solution pour voyager vers l’Europe avec son chien depuis Londres !

Aug 18,2022This service was a life saver for me as I was looking for an affordable option to take my dog to the UK from Italy via France. Brenda was very helpful throughout the booking process and the journey. She is very knowledgable and talks you through what will happen at the different stages of the journey (document checks/passport control) which I appreciated as I was travelling alone. I was able to sit next to my dog for the entire trip. I highly recommend this service and will be using it again to travel back to France. Thanks so much Brenda

Aug 16,2022It was my first experience of traveling with my two cats to the UK. As UK doesn’t allow to bring your pets with you in a cabin of an airplane or a train and only allows to bring them as a “cargo”, bringing them via the tunnel is the only opportunity to travel together with your pet. My ride was on 3rd of August, together with three other pet owners and their pets. Brenda (it’s her business and she was driving the van) is very friendly, punctual and professional. She knows all the procedures, possible issues and checked all the documents, both for pets and people before the ride. So the only issue was the queue to embark the train because of reduced number of them (on that day there were just 2 per hour instead of usual 4). So, 10 out of 10 and surely would use the service again, should I need and would recommend to all.

Aug 11,2022LePetExpress was a good experience all round, despite delays with the Eurotunnel which were out of our control. Brenda was super friendly and extra helpful in getting our precious pooch back to England, making sure that we had all our documents in order. Very knowledgeable and experienced, and lots of adventures to share. Will be using LePetExpress again soon.

Aug 03,2022We travelled on what must have been the worst day possible. A giant mess on the road and delays at the eurotunnel turning our few hours journey into almost 20 hours. Brenda has been so lovely throughout all of this, making sure we all make it to the other side no matter how long it took, tending to both us passengers and our dogs. If I have to travel again this will always be my first choice! ♥

Compared to all the other Pet companies this one is super affordable and you can tell that they truly care about what they’re doing. From start to finish I was assisted with everything and even though my journey had some bumps in the road everything worked out and I can happily say that my cat and I are now in London both settled and happy! No puedo imaginar un compañía mejor! Estoy viajando desde Indonesia y no ha sido un viaje muy fácil pero le pet express me ha ayudado un montón! Para empezar no son muy caros como todos los otras compañías y se nota que son buenas personas que te quieren ayudar con tus animales! Si quieres viajar a Inglaterra no puedo recomendar este compañía más! Gracias gracias gracias

Jul 26,2022I have to say first of all Brenda is such a wonderful women, and I am honestly grateful for her taking me and my cat from France to the UK. Any delay’s she made us all aware straight away. As soon as she collected us, she was so kind and caring, very clear with the steps that will be taken at the port. You could tell she really cared about us and the animals, and I am so glad I chose to travel with Le pet Express. You will not be disappointed with this company, she is always willing to answer any questions and I really appreciated where the collection and drop of points were because it makes it easy to be dropped of by family or collected and the trains station has direct trains to the capital city’s. Highly recommend traveling with le pet express you won’t regret it!
