Jul 20,2022This was an incredible service. Absolutely professional and so helpful every step of the way. I was in such a bind trying to get my pet home from France to England and Lepetexpress truly saved us. The fee is so reasonable compared with what else is out there (and there really isn't much else out there for people travelling without a car from France to England). At every step Lepetexpress shows that it truly wants to help, not exploit, those struggling to travel with their pets. If not for them I'm honestly not sure how I would have made it home. I cannot recommend this service enough. Honest, well/low priced, amazing responsive customer service, comfortable, convenient. I really can't say enough.

We went from France to UK and this is the only service we could find that helped us get our cat back to the UK. Would highly recommend Le pet Express

Nothing was too much trouble..this was the only affordable way I was able to return to the uk with my pet and what an amazing woman (Brenda) so helpful even before I left departing country she helped me obtain all the goverment documents I needed and checked them before I even booked the transport. When I arrived at the meet point in france everything ran so smoothly the vehicle was spotless and so well equipped. The service made border control a guided and simple process. Without this service keeping my pet cat would have not been possible or affordable. Thankyou Brenda you saved my cat from being left in a shelter and saved me from a broken heart . I will reccomend this service 1000% . Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant !!!!

The instructions made it easy to get all the pet documentation in order and once you are on the bus it is just a matter of sitting back and relaxing.

Jul 14,2022Brenda was fantastic from start to finish: from the moment I contacted her from Switzerland trying to figure how we move our cat, Winston, to U.K. to the moment she dropped us off at Ashford International train station. She gathered all the details for both of us, checking everything and giving me complete confidence. During the trip, it was the same. Brenda is well informed and super supportive at every stage. The pet shuttle bus is fantastic, purpose built for pets and owners, ensuring everyone and every pet has a good experience. The trip felt personal and practical, and it was a pleasure meeting Brenda and other pet owners, and their pets, each with their own story of moving. I highly recommend LePetExpress to everyone wanting to travel with their pet between France and the U.K.

Jul 10,2022A really extraordinary service which took all the stress out of travelling alone through the Tunnel with my pet dog. Brenda, the director, does everything for you. All you have to do is turn up with your animal and have the correct paperwork with you. The vehicle has been adapted for the purpose and is incredible. There is plenty of room for luggage, pets and owners, Your pet is housed in a roomy cage right next to your seat in the vehicle so you can reassure your pet. This is such a wonderful service for those who haven’t got a vehicle but need to transport their pet across the channel.

Jul 10,2022From the beginning to the end of the journey, Le Pet Express delivered 5 star service on every level. The booking process was very simple and the team made all the details and requirements super clear, following up twice to make sure all pet passport and necessary paperwork was in order. Then the physical journey itself was very straightforward again with every stage explained and great care given to the welfare of pet and passenger. One rides in a comfortable new custom kitted van that allows passengers gers to ride next to their pet offering a calm and comforting aspect to the journey. Le Pet Express is one of the most pleasing and professional services I've come across in my many years of travel and it just couldn't have been easier. I would book this service again and again and will when we want to bring our pooch between London and Paris. A huge thanks and get ready to expand operations!

Even though we had issues returning Brenda was so understanding and helpful - guiding us on how best to return back to the UK without charging an extra penny. You and you pet/s are in the best hands with Brenda if you, like me, have to travel with your pet to/from the UK. My dog and I have Ukrainian passports, so Brenda looked at every single paper I had for the dog to ensure the trip will go smoothly and we will be allowed to enter. I’m writing this review from London with my pup sleeping by my side. Thank you, Brenda!

Brenda was friendly, helpful and communicative so we knew exactly where to go and when (to wait for the van), anticipated timings of our journey, and how to prepare for our trip in terms of getting our dog's paperwork in order. The van was immaculately clean and comfortable, and Brenda took care to get pets (cats and dogs) safely on board and make sure owners could sit beside their own pets. Our dog is 35kg but had plenty of space and was comfortable and calm in his crate. There are also fans to keep pets cool on hot days. A great value, professional service. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again and would highly recommend it to others.

Jun 07,2022One of the best finds in 2022. Le Pet Express saved me hundreds of euros and nerves, as I didn’t have to send my beloved kitty from Cyprus to England in cargo. Instead, I travelled safely, easily and next to my pet in a van through Eurotunnel. The price and the service are way better than booking a taxi and overpaying not only for their service but for their return ticket as well. Here, at Le Pet Express you pay a fixed and affordable price. Special thanks to Brenda, the owner and driver, who was constantly in contact, reassuring, and very kind. A highly intelligent and funny woman that will make your trip exciting and easy.
