The gentleman who helped with the actual order was excellent. Knew his stuff and did everything quickly and efficiently whilst also showing genuine compassion. I did have a problem with the contact us section on the website which was not working. I then called the 0800 number and found the girl disinterested and unhelpful.
Jos was very helpful and clearly explained the options. We placed our order yesterday and the box and wrist button arrived today and we have set it all up. Dad is now much safer. Many thanks for your help…I would not hesitate to recommend!
Complete lack of empathy and understanding upon bereavement of elderly relative , long standing customer. When my father recently passed away , contract cancelled but no refund for the 10 months remaining of the pre paid annual contract . Please be aware of the companies attitude to cancellation upon bereavement and find alternative provider who actually cares and offers compassionate service during difficult times Additional note- not sure why you can’t find an account when your customer services team have been emailing us- try this reference 50589 Further update on your response below. If you think your cancellation policy is justified charging for service after a bereavement then my review if your company is fully accurate and you should be ashamed !
Despite me calling late in the day, Drew was able to process the order for a lifeline for next day delivery. He was reassuring and explained the options clearly. He was able to apply a small discount from a referral code and I was happy that we got good value for money. Another family member has this alarm and we've never had any problems with the service.

I contacted customer services late on 23 September 2024, when my parent’s alarm box started emitting a very loud piecing sound. I was also concerned as I knew my parent’s alarm box worked through their land line, which we’d just been told would be out of action for several weeks, leaving them vulnerable. My calls kept cutting out and as a result I ended up making 7 calls. Everyone I spoke to was very polite & friendly & they all tried to help, but I spoke to 6 different people and was given conflicting advice. It was eventually decided that the Tech Team needed to be involved and I was promised a call back from them between 8-10am the following day. I called back the following afternoon as no call had been received. I spoke to Tom from the Tech Team who was very apologetic & explained that the issue hadn’t been logged with them. He also explained that my calls had not in fact been answered by the customer services team, as calls to their number are transferred to the emergency response team after 10pm, which explained why the advise I’d been given wasn’t necessarily correct.Tom offered to extend my parent’s renewal by 3 months (effectively giving them 3 months free cover) by way of an apology, which was a lovely gesture & one much appreciated by both me & my parents. Tom then took it upon himself to get everything resolved, there and then, which he did brilliantly. He explained all the options & patiently answered all my questions, before we decided to go ahead and upgrade to a digital box. He was so efficient that the new equipment arrived less than 24 hours later, several hours before we got an email stating that our order had been received & was now being processed! As promised by Tom, the new box was easy to install & we were up & running again in no time.

Made the call to order a fall alarm for my brother and was very pleased with the help I had at the other end of the phone. Not knowing anything about them a kind man with the name Jos guided me through and explained what I needed, and most importantly why I needed a particular alarm . All together a first class experience and like I have said the man at the end of the phone Jos is A1 first class class.
We tried to cancel the contract when my mum moved into a care home. We were told that we could not have a refund for the remaining period of the year long contract so asked for it to be cancelled at the end of the year and not renewed. They automatically renewed the policy. When spotted it on the credit card bill a few weeks later I phoned and was told I could only have a 50% refund. I then exclaimed the situation and it was agreed that we could have a full refund -1 month. A couple of months on we have still not received any refund. I phoned again and was told again we could only have a 50% refund. Now having to wait a couple of days to speak to a manager. Update : manager phoned back agreed that it was their fault and offered a full refund. Now waiting to see if it arrives.
I was making initial enquiries regarding the cost and setting up of an alarm. The person who phoned me (?Josh) was very helpful and informative. Explained clearly and answered all my questions. We had a bit of banter (regarding digestive biscuits) but, hey, that's what makes the world go round. A very pleasant and helpful call - and I have ordered an alarm.
On the few times that the alarm was triggered by my mother, it was dealt with efficiently and with compassion. When the unit started to fail due to a weak battery it was replaced by the following day. No complaints at all, thank you.

Oct 14,2024I was nervous about phoning Lifeconnect24 as I didn't want any pressure sales. My initial call was answered by Carrie and she was reassuring, friendly and with no pressure explained what the company could do for me and how. I went ahead and the equipment arrived the following day. The set up and testing was straight forward though my son was there to help if needed. The testing was very through including a test down the garden. I hope i never have to use it but I now feel confident that if I do Lifeconnect24 will be there for me
