Rang and spoke to Jos to get some information about which product was suitable for my elderley dad, he was very knowlegable and friendly and I got a discount on the initial set up fee. The unit came less than 24 hours later and it was easy to set up.

A friendly chap names Jos helped set up the order of my father’s new system. He was extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of what we needed. He suggested alternatives which allowed us to make the best choice of the services dad needed. A really helpful chap.
Jos was excellent! He explained the various options and prices clearly. Also provided a very quick sign up process.
Base unit needed replacement, new one promised but did not arrive, chased a week later and another one promised which has arrived. My issue with the Company is that on both occasions I updated contact details etc but on the second contact their records had not been amended, they said then that records would be amended but the email updates re the unit still went to an old contact. Furthermore when my father in law passed away nearly 2 yrs ago they were informed and we asked if we needed to return his personal pendant and was informed not too and keep it; we now know we have been paying for 2 pendants and should have returned the unused one, again they had no record of my FIL death . From my point of view the companies IT systems are not joined up and the call handlers are not honest about costs Since originally posting this review I have sent full details of the account (by email) which they requested , see reply from the Company below and they have not yet contacted me so I think their customer service is poor
spoke with a gentleman named Harry. Very professional helpful and friendly discussed all the options so I could choose the one that suited me. No pressure selling. Very good customer service.

While in the world of madness about the landlines and the expectancy of them to be switched off my self and my Nan spoke to a very kind/patient/understanding/helpful/informative and many other brilliant things that could be said about his service but all in all reassured us about what to do and what option are available in the coming days I wanna thank Jos personally for the time spent talking us through this and making my nan have peace of mind thank you for this great service

A friendly informative chat with Darren no pressure sales and helpful advise. On installing the system we found very user friendly. I'm sure this service will give my Mum peace of mind and me also knowing should she have diffulties then help is close at hand.

Had a problem paying for a new lifeline online. Spoke to Harry who was able to sort out the problem in short time.

My mum, has moved in with us, and has no need of the alarm system, David was very helpful to me on the phone, an we now start a new chapter in our multi coloured lives, thankyou for your support over the last 3 years.
Today I set up my help line with the help of Matilda who was brilliant she helped me on every step of the setup very professional and friendly.
We bought a Life Connect unit on the recommendation of a friend and it has turned out to be absolutely excellent. We had to self install which wasn’t popular in this house, but it was quite simple and there was plenty of phone support. My mother is 97 and having an alarm system has meant that we can go out for a couple of hours, knowing that she is perfectly safe. We would recommend this product.
What an awful experience I have just had with one of your so-called advisors/sales team. Tom as he said his name was, assures me his “attitude is exemplary”. I merely stated that the price he was quoting me for a falls detector £286.35 is hardly the £17.99 that is quoted on the website. This is for new customers only apparently and not for existing. He talked over me and said my mother would have got the initial discount. His attituded DID stink and not how your advisors should be talking to customers. Call was made 30.07.24 at 11.45. A letter of complaint will be being put forwards. BE WARNED this company hikes up the premiums the following year. Disgusting as the elderly gets ripped off time and time again
