Very helpful and efficient sales with a comprehensive explanation of the service being supplied. Noteable is that the website does not differentiate between analogue and digital set up therefore for me there was an increase in the cost of equipment.

I rang up and spoke to a representative about a replacement strap for my mother’s device that she wears like a watch. It had broken that morning. I was offered a replacement new device instead and awaiting the product and been told to send old one back to accompanying address. The female operative was very assured and i thanked her for doing this at no cost. Hopefully problem resolved.
First class service from Jos who clearly went through all the options to make sure I was 100% comfortable with the system I chose and he was a nice friendly guy with it without being overfamiliar. A rare skill!

If i could give negative i would My mother in law has had this system for 3 years. Last year they auto renewed and put up price by £100 this year another £60. They did not send reminders on either occasion or notification of price increase I contacted to try and discuss and we immdieatly meet with abuse threats and told to to engage with their solicitors. I kept being told it said in t and c they could do this.by this point being shouted at. After some shouting back and saying i wanted to cancel over 5 times. I was told i would be put through to someone who would review this. They allow 30 day refund this was never admitted. I was then told there was no one to speak to me. I am still waiting for a call back and will be chasing for this. Juat awful customer service for a company dealing with elderly and infirm

Yeah was good! The guy was welcoming Jos and went over all of what it was and had to offer and what would be best of plan in order to support me in staying safe with what I have going on here with my epilepsy and it fitted in real nicely! Was very much impressed with the short charge time it took to keep the product topped up being I need to have it with me near 24/7.
Peace of mind overall that if needed someone is on hand to help me. Right from the initial telephone call by me this company has been extremely helpful by assisting in setting up the apparatus, taking calls that I have made, sometimes pressing the button by accident is never a problem and overall I am very happy with LifeConnect24 and would totally recommend it, not only for the older generation but for anyone who should require backup in the home.

Jul 29,2024I have just had to cancel my mums lifeline contract due to her now going into a nursing home. I have found the company to be be very efficient and on more than one occasion the full detector was used. Tge closure of the account has also been straightforward
