Ordered a brochure for my Mother to consider an alarm. Brochure actually gave very little detail about the workings of the alarms, and similar experience with the website - you need to put in much more information! Luckily I was contacted by a Customer Service Representative called Jos. What a lovely man who clearly had a lot of passion for the services of Life Connect 24. It was only through him giving my Mother and I lots of information about the service and equipment that lead me to purchase a Fall Alarm. Once all had been explained by Jos it was clear that the equipment and service was just what we wanted once Jos had taken us through every detail, we signed up with Jos and are awaiting the equipment. 2 things - don’t just go on the information on the internet or the printer brochure, ring up and talk to someone. Secondly Jos is an absolute credit to your company and I hope he receives recognition and is told about my review !

I have just, after a lot of research, ordered a alarm wrist pendant with fall alarm for my mother. Harry was so helpful, both when I called initially with lots of questions and again today, when I called to place the order, but not before asking a lot more questions! Harry was very knowledgeable and very reassuring
Drew was extremely helpful and patient when I was sorting out a lifeline pendant for my mother. He explained everything in detail to me and ensured that I was happy to proceed with the purchase. This is the first time I have purchased one of these. Will definitely be using this company again.
I just called to discuss upgrading my Dad's system to work with a non-land line system. I was quoted a £40 "new kit" fee (fair enough) and around £100 per year in additional cost to original system - or so I thought..... I then discovered that there have been price increases each year but my Dad was not aware. They said he would have been emailed. My Dad does not use email, and when they checked, they saw there was no email on his account. I will be contacting a team leader tomorrow to hopefully get this issue resolved. I will be returning here to update review, and also reviewing elsewhere to reflect the outcome. Edit - after contacting customer services the following day, I was told the system was down and to call back after 4pm I called at 5 and a very helpful Dean explained that it was an error that notifications of price increases had not reached my Dad. He explained upgrade process moving forward. We have agreed to a digital install and have now added my email address to the account to avoid any misunderstanding moving forward. Unfortunately, due to tech issues, the new box will not arrive before I have to leave the area, and it is not here yet. However, we have been assured it is simply plug and play....

After much research into fall alarm providers I placed an order with Jos today for my mum. Having spoken to numerous fall alarm companies I felt Jos was able to answer my many questions without hesitation where other providers had given me confusing advice. I look forward to my mum receiving her personal alarm, giving us some peace of mind.
Called today and spoke to a really kind and helpful gentleman called Jos. He puts you at ease and goes through every scenario to help you decide on the best help for your loved one. I’m extremely grateful and feel happy that my mum is in the best hands. Thank you Jos 🤩

Both times I have telephoned for advice Two very pleasant men have talked me through your schemes .Todays talk with Harry was very helpful and I have booked a essential plan starting the end of September when I leave my other firm .
