Having recently set up Liveconnect24 Smartlife Alarm with Fall Detection for my 95 year old father, I would like to give some credit to the knowledgable and helpful staff who have/are helping with some teething problems which are specific to my father’s needs. Notably the customer service staff listen well, take action and help resolve any issues. Thank you to Sue, Charlie and Jos for the support and helping me.
The system was really easy to set up and the staff on the other side of the system incredibly helpful. Harry, who I spoke to when buying the system, was really informative and sorted out the issues I was having with the on line purchasing process.
I had cause to check my family member’s phone bills and needed guidance on entries for LifeConnect 24. Wayne went above and beyond in helping me discuss in detail the maintenance charges, alarm activation charges etc so that I could fully understand how the alarm worked. The help he gave meant I could reassess the phone bills and had the info I needed to discuss the bill with the phone supplier. I am now very confident going forward in how we can both read the charges and get the best deal. Wayne stayed way after his contracted hours to ensure I had peace of mind about the usage of the alarm system. Excellent after care help.
If I could give a zero or a minus figure I would. I cancelled my mum's account as soon as she moved into a care home. I was not informed we should return equipment. A year later over £400 was taken from my mum's account. On calling they said they had no record of my cancellation. They promised to refund full amount if I returned the equipment. I did so. They are now refusing to refund even half of the amount because of the 'time taken to return it' I have had several conversations with their customer service team and have experienced sarcasm, being talked over and been treated as a liar. Appalling

I was extremely impressed when dealing with Life Connect. I phoned to arrange a falls alarm for my elderly mother and Drew gave me all the information I needed, he was very friendly and patient.
Called tonight to get my aunt set up with your service.. the guy I dealt with was very helpful. Quick service with the watch an unit to be delivered within 2 days It’s great peace of mind for me that my 88 year old auntie can carry on living in the comfort of her own home and I don’t have to worry so much.

Lifeline connect have been absolutely fantastic. My grandmother as been with them since 2020, although this past year she has been in a home awaiting a package of care. The staff allowed me to hold off on paying her box for as long as they could. I did have to return in but Harry the lovely man I talked to over the phone was able to remove the set up fee for me to get a new box for her coming home. We have a very short turnaround for her coming home, so the free next day delivery is absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much lifeline
