First class service - which I was grateful to have when I had an accident at home in 2021. At that time this company did everything I expected of them with great efficiency

This company has great aftercare and after having issues initially with the pendant it was quickly replaced at no extra cost. If the pendant needs charging then there is an audio cue. It is very resilient and doesn't send an alert unless really bashed about. My mother has felt safer since wearing it and with the GPS option our family feel more in control when she travels the UK.
This service has given me peace of mind as a part time carer for my Mother. Any time she has needed to use her alarm, the service has been prompt, efficient and calm. The people I have spoken to on the phone have been invariably kind and understanding- they clearly have been well trained. Would highly recommend Life connect.
The company are always ready to help and advice me . The equipment has never failed if I need to talk to an operator and check my battery on my lifeline. It is helpful to my family and friends should I need help day and night. It makes me feel safe as I live alone.
Luckily I haven't needed help via my Lifeline but the staff are all so nice, kind and understanding when I speak to them on my regular checks. My Lifeline gives me such peace of mind...knowing whatever happens I am in contact with people who will get me the help I need.

At least this time I managed to get through to you much faster when I pressed my button to test it, that was a lot more reassuring than before, when I seem to hang on for an age. They always contact us if they loose connection and on the odd times dad has needed assistance they have been very quick to re-act.
I had fallen and banged the back of my head. I needed advice as to whether I should go to A&E. The responder said they were not qualified to make that decision and referred me to 111. I phoned 111 and they directed me to A&E
The people on the phone are so courteous and caring, and I am reassured of the service given to me! Thank you!

My GPS unit malfunctioned. I was not aware of it but your control centre advised me. New unit dispatched same day. Excellent service.
My mother has been with Lifeconnect24 for many years. They are brilliant with her, even if she presses the button by mistake. If they cannot teach me by home phone they always try the mobile numbers we provided. Great company to work with
My mother has had one of Lifeconnect24's fall alarms for a couple of years. A few weeks ago I asked her if she'd tested it recently, which she hadn't, so she pressed the button on the pendant only to find out it wasn't working. It seems it probably hadn't been working for some time. A week or so ago she was contacted by a Lifeconnect24 salesperson who tried to up-sell one of their new digital base stations, saying that the analogue ones would stop working soon (this despite the analogue ones still being available for new customers on their web site). My mother told them they'd need to talk to me, but a couple of days later a parcel arrived with one of the new base stations, and she then received a renewal quote for £140 more than the advertised price on the web site. I phoned to cancel today and was told the equipment would need to be sent back 10 days before the end of the contract, so to add insult to injury she's paying for 10 days' service she's not receiving.
A brilliant service. Always there when you need them, even checking up if everythings okay if you have a power cut.
My mother is on a quarterly payment option. She's going into care next week and her DD id due any day. I asked if she would be given a pro rata refund, but T&C's say no! That doesn't seem fair and reasonable! I asked if she dies do you give a refund, apparently not, but you can pass their equipment onto somebody else for the remainder of the quarter! Maybe you should reconsider, as if you are not providing a service, a pro rata refund should be offered to these vulnerable people, especially as you charge twice what Suresafe charge!
