I haven't had to contact the emergency helpline for a fall or anything, I'm pleased to say, but I did contact them for a replacement wrist band for my emergency button. The service was excellent as I received it the next day.
I've been lucky enough never to have had to use Lifeconnect24 in an emergency. However, in this past week, I have set off my pendant alarm 3 times. The calls were answered swiftly, and when I wasn't near the "box", they called my mobile. Every time they couldn't have been more caring and helpful. I was so embarrassed, but they weren't at all annoyed. Obviously, the system works well! I've managed to put a whole new meaning to checking the connection every month.

Have had this for my mum for two years now, she hasn’t had to use it thankfully but we test it every month with immediate response from the team which gives us peace of mind.
I have not had cause to use lifeconnect in an emergency setting thank goodness but have pressed alarm to check and update information and have found the respondents to be very quick and friendly and helpful.
Great system and support but beware when you need to cancel - if you have paid for a whole year up front you only get some money back if cancelling within the first 30 days !
Really wanted to give 5 stars because I got admit my mom has had this and every time she press not always for emergency they been great, but unfortunately have called today as due personal reason I need to cancel spoke a male member of staff could DD you basically gave me no confidence in discussing he was sniffing down phone and sighing asked to speak to manager who honestly after so called three attempts he said he go someone by who could not take my call. Hope the calls are recorded as I was told to call back not letting this one go will go as high as I can people like just never work with public it’s same as spoils it for staff you call you when there is a issue
They are very prompt with the calls to us and are excellent on the phone too. I’d high recommend them to anyone who need to stay safe in their own home.
I have this for my Mam, we've had numerous calls from them & luckily it's been a false alarm. Not once did they seem inconvenienced & were glad Mam was ok. Highly recommend!
I receive the emails for my mother's support system. It has been easy for my mother to check it is working each month, and I get a reminder if she misses a few months. She recently had a prolonged power cut and I was advised that the support wasn't working, and how to get on the priority list for the electricity board. All very helpful.

Absolutely shocking Customer Service, not the staff but the company. Completely messed up the transfer of the device to another person after my father passed away and still contacting me nearly 2 years down the line. They have no official complaints procedure!!
