Jan 19,2025Very helpful staff, especially Carrie in sales. The unit arrived quickly and appears to work well on test. The only problem was an apparent glitch which delayed the transmission of the form containing emergency contact names. This did eventually go through but only after quite a lot of time filling in duplicates by phone.

Jan 18,2025I called Lifeconnect24 to arrange for a fall alarm for my elderly mother and a poor experience with another company. I spoke with an advisor called Jos. He was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable on all services. He asked the right questions to ensure I got the right package for my needs. Any doubts were covered and aftercare services explained. After speaking with him I was confident this was the right package for us which is excellent value for money compared to other organisations. I hope when we need to use the alert service the rest of the team live up to the high expectations set by Jos!

Jan 17,2025We are very pleased with the fall alarm we purchased for my father who is home after a stroke. I rang Chloe at the sales centre who could not have been more helpful, going through the product, prices, functions and support in detail. She also answered the questions I had and went through costs in detail, which were just as advertised on the web site. The alarm arrived the next day by noon via Royal Mail. It was easy to set up and the test calls were answered within seconds giving the family reassurances. Very impressed with this company and its representatives

Although it was a false alarm ( I’d caught the pendant while filling my washing machine) the gentleman answering was so understanding and genuine. When I’d explained what had happened he reset my box. I know I can always rely on Lifeconnect24.

Jan 15,2025My daughter said that I should get a monitor after my fall and her friends mother had one and fully recommended Lifeconnect24 so we investigated the reviews and being happy with them my daughter said I should get one, I did and feel happy and secure that if I should fall there is someone who can contact me. Perfect for any elderly person living alone.

Jan 15,2025I have only contacted you for test purposes, I did mention to your operator that it seemed like a long time before my call was answered, your operator said you were very busy at the time, whilst this was ok on a test call, if I was laying at the bottom of the stairs with my legs and arms in a tangle I would have appreciated a quicker response, hence the 4 star rating this time.

Phone calls were answered quickly, with no recorded messages or multiple choice options. Call were returned just as promptly. The alarm was delivered as promised and was easy to set up.
