Can not fault this company one bit. Set up was easy, but I did have problems getting the Pendant connected to the main box. Phoned up the very helpful sales team and we got it sorted. Highly recommend this company

I spoke at length with Ginetta who helped me choose the most appropriate device and payment scheme for my needs.I hope when it arrives my daughter will have greater peace of mind.

My daughter paid upfront for a years contract for this service, which apart from testing the equipment which twice during the course of the year had disconnected itself and the devices had to be paired back together, no notice of this was given and had there been an emergency we would have had no knowledge of a problem. I cancelled the contract when I received a renewal letter 1 full month before the contract was due to expire. The customer service agent assured me it was cancelled and a postal label would be sent to return the equipment. The postal label didn’t arrive but as a full month was left on the contract I thought nothing of it other than the company would send the label after the contract expired. This didn’t happen, I asked my daughter to check her credit card and this company had taken another full years subscription from her credit card. My daughter called the company and was informed that a refund would only be given after the equipment had been received by them they said they would email a postage label, they did not. I called and complained and was told by customer services the refund had been requested and the refund would go back to my daughters credit card straight away as it was irrelevant wether or not the equipment had been received or not, this lady emailed me a postage label while I was on the phone. My daughter has been away from work because of the Christmas break and has not been able to print the label to return the items. I then received calls and a text message from customer service telling me the refund will not be given until the items were returned and received by them. I find this service deplorable money was wrongly taken from my daughters credit card when the company was clearly at fault and they had over one months notice I did not wish to continue with the contract. Put in a nutshell my daughter has had a charge against her credit card this company had no right to take, If I hadn’t insisted she checked her card we would not have known no emails,texts or other lines of communication had been sent to us to notify us the contract had been renewed, Customer services giving different advice as to getting the refund back, Interest going on my daughters card for a problem that is totally due to the incompetence of this company The stress it has caused trying to sort out a mess which was definitely not of our making.

Hi spoke to a guy named harry absolutely brilliant highly recommend not just the information given but also very understanding of the situation. Cost is extremely reasonable considering what you get as let's face it if we can't be there as family due to our circumstances it's nice you can trust someone else thank you again very much for giving me piece of mind

Though I think setting up would be easy for the techno savvy, it took me (83). a little time to work out. Once I had it up and running the test was easy and responder very pleasant and helpful. Now I'm wearing the pendant and actually feel very confident that if either my husband or myself get into difficulties someone will help.

Although I have never needed to activate the alarm, I have inadvertently done so at home and while travelling in Scotland. In all cases the alarm correctly identified my location, and the operator response was quick and sympathetic.

Today I spoke to "Carrie" from the sales department, she was so kind and understood everything I was telling her, a marvelous woman, I sadley have come to my stage in life we're I'm now living alone, all my family died in the last 3 years, I suffer with Grand mal Epilepsy and have several other disabilities, it was all dealt with very fast for me and I can't believe how kind and considerate she was thank you Carrie for helping me choose what I did, Andrew Smith.

Fantastic service. I had to change the system for my mum. Did it by a simple phone call on Saturday and got the system delivered on Sunday. Setup was really easy as well.

I was late going to bed, tired, stripped off my blouse and jumper without realising that my alarm must have been set off, it was tangled in clothes on the floor. Without my hearing aid (I have to take them out to go to bed) I did not hear my phone. My son was on the motorway (diverted so late), no one else has a key. I am extremely impressed by the trouble taken to get help to me. Luckily my son did get home before they sent an ambulance. I now have a key box on the back porch and my neighbours will have the code.

The team who answer the calls are excellent and very caring. However the only calls they were answering in the last few days were not ones that I initiated. I have just had my subscription increased and take exception to getting up out of bed at midnight and again when I was just sitting on the edge of my bed and twice when I was just walking along my hall to enter my bathroom when my alarm went off . What I am trying to say is that my alarm has gone off at least 4 times in the last few days when I haven’t touched it and it is disconcerting to be woken up at night to hearing voices.

I organised the support with Lifeconnect24 for my mum a couple of years ago now. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are always there for her should she need it.On the occasions where there have been issues, Lifesupport24 have always been proactive In quickly contacting myself or neighbours.

I have been with Liveconnect24 for the past 4 years.I have upgraded to the wireless model. The change over was incredibly simple and as usual the customer service was excellent.

LIFECONNECT124 excellent. It is so reassuring to know if needed you will get a quick response from a member of their team. Everyone is so caring even when it is a false alarm. It certainly boosts my confidence and I am able to do more things for myself knowing Lifeconnect 124 is there to help if necessary,
