Mar 11,2022Guy Micheal is extremely rude and aggressive just recently I was denied access for a whole day to my storage because the doors weren't working and I pay almost $200 a month ridiculous find somewhere else better and cheaper!

Mar 10,2022This place is awesomely kept clean, safe and spacious. The first person I met was the supervisor named Alex. Sharp, courteous, and professional. His energy in customer service was off the charts, A1 this guy was with assisting my needs. The next person I met was Manager Lisa, and she was everything Alex was, which said to me she knew what customers valued and that's customer service. Not sure what areas one may go to for their storage needs, but i will say this lf you find a nearby life storage you will not be disappointed.

Mar 09,2022I booked online and quickly received call from Blake onsite. He was extremely helpful & confirmed all the details. As closing day on the sale of my home got approached, I needed to change move in day and size up a unit. Blake was again more than helpful to accommodate my needs. Facility is almost brand new, clean and easy to access. I highly recommend.

Mar 07,2022The space is clean, easy to access, but what stands out is the service. They listen to your needs and work with you. I reserved a 10' x 20' but when I looked at it I need it would not work for my needs. The manager jumped right in and assisted me. He looked at the other options for means got the best deal.
