The quality of the product isn't that good I've had to have them fixed twice already towards the end of the year but they're still working so we'll see how long they last

I’m grateful to have found what I consider a good back up pair that I can have handy to use for normal speech. However my experience is limited using them as intended with the box control because I’ve had difficulty keeping track of them and keeping batteries handy because m previous versions are more advanced more expensive and take a larger battery and I have difficulty keeping a pair of those so I have ended up using one of each at times. On these aids I have to be more careful changing batteries and keeping them disconnected when not in use and even have pulled out the holder on this present pair as well as the first pair just trying to get new batteries in Now it appears that that in casement has fallen out of the box and can’t repair it I need to experiment more with the different settings when I have everything together and the situations to test them with the box. It’s just a little bit more weight to carry the box

Never satisfied. I have had a very bad experience and would not recommend them to no one. As for the hearing aids, they are in a box on a shelf. They don't work for me. I drive a school bus and the sound of the wind coming in the window, drives me crazy. I tried to return them, but they said I was too late. Thanks

I was told I had a hearing loss but when I got the Hearing Clear samples I found they were not what I needed They were not helpful at all. I am not using them They are still in the box But I forgot I was paying $79.00 every month for them. I noticed it when I closed the account at the credit union after my father died. Now I guess it is too late to send them back to get my money back. Dang it!

The guy I worked with was most helpful and straight forward. I started using the new aids and got along fine. Then switched back to my old brand when I was traveling. They weren't great, but at least I wasn't in a new learning stage with them. When I got home I had to do a refresher course with them, switched back to them and haven't used the others again. I hear better with the new aids and have more options to chose from and to suit my hearing situation. I simply under-estimated how much I missed having an office in town that I could contact, get to, and "get fixed " later today or tomorrow. I'm now told that a mail in is a week or 10 day wait. If that happens, it will be most difficult to attend to. Not being able to hear female voices in my classes I taught was what forced me into getting hearing aids. I've recently had another person help me. I think she's good, but she has as tiny llittle voice I can't hear and speaks rather fast which worsens the problem. If I would ask for a man to help me? In today's world, I'd be a sexist. I'm not, but I do know the kind of voice I hear and understand best. I do need new plastic tips that go in the ear. I think I erred when I chose the ones that made the most sense and seemed to work best--and then discarded those I didn't intend to use. Can I make this review also an order that could be shipped with the batteries?

If I had to buy again I would not buy it again. I absolutely dislike 😂 having to have the extra hand held device to carry around to move the volume up and down.it is a real pain in the butt if u know what I mean. I know u say to go get my hearing test and send it to you but why would any audiologist want to give it to me with out another charge when they sell hearing aids as well. And this sounds very tinny to me . I have worn a device since I was 50 and that's been 15 plus years so I am not new at it. I would never recommend it to anyone else,ever.no wonder they reduced the price of two so fast and I only needed one to begin with.so think twice before buying this one and if I ever get it paid for I will be very thankful and will look for something much better..

Aids work well. Rechargeable batteries would be a great improvement.

Everyone has been very helpful throughout the process. Excellent customer service. They have even helped with the awful ringing in my ears.

I called to see what I would need to do to get my hearing aid programmed. I talked to a representative, and told her that I had gotten my hearing tested, and asked what I would need to do, she said they would need to send a box and I would send it back to them with the hearing test results. I still have not received the box.

Best customer service I’ve ever had. Representatives within the company were calling to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and products that made my decision a lot easier to make to keep my hearing aids. I got some hearing aids from Nano they didn’t work right and customer service was terrible, this is a true statement from a satisfied customer with Listen Clear. Thanks

I've had my ListenClear hearing aids for almost 8 months now and am very pleased with the results. Customer service was very helpful during my 30-day trial period and afterwards when I had questions/issues that needed to be addressed. Haven't spoken with anyone for quite some time now but have complete confidence in their ability to address any future concerns I might have.
