Mar 15,2019Right aid works fine ,,but left doesn't work at all . Listen clear tried many times to solve this to no avail. My problrm is they refuse to refund the money for the one that doesn't work. Their excuse is it is out of their return policy. I went along with the different attempts to try to get it to work.

Mar 15,2019Waste of $$$$. I received the sound amplifiers on a 40 day trial period. I used the product for 10 days and put them back in the box. A few weeks went by and I remembered they needed returned or I was going to be charged full price. $1.600.00 I called Listen Clear to return the worthless sound amplifiers and they informed me it was day 41. They would NOT let me return them and charged me full price. $1,600.00 GREED!!! I paid the bill and threw the cheap ___ sound amplifiers in the trash. If you are hard of hearing, go to an audiologist, get a hearing test and purchase "Hearing Aids". HUGE difference between hearing aids and sound amplifiers. I am using ReSound hearing aids and love them! Stay Away from "ListenClear"

Mar 15,2019the ear hearing aids are great i just need to have more batteries. I have not been able to use them every day but they do help me to hear better when i do use them

Mar 15,2019Twice they have taken out the full amount for the cost of the hearing aids sending my checking account into overdraft status, which they still owe me $184.00 in overdraft charges. When I bought the hearing aids I made it clear that I wanted a payment plan, which they agreed to, because that's the only way I could afford to pay for the hearing aids. I've had nothing but hassles with this company from the beginning and I'm not happy with them.

Mar 15,2019You make good hearing aids, but I wish they didn't have to have batteries. I saw a commercial on TV where you put the hearing aids on a rechargeable battery when you are not wearing them.

Mar 15,2019It would be nice if this product did more than just amplify. In a noisy environment, loud conversations are also amplified leaving the person wearing the device struggling to her conversations with those seated at his or her table. Had I had known this I would have never made the purchase.
