Mar 15,2019Hearing aids I bought work great! I had previously had an audio graph n sent a copy back along w hearing aids. When returned I have to turn them all the way up to hear. Each time I open battery space , the hearing aids return to the reduced volume so I have to reset every time I put them on . Other than that they work great n have helped me hear much better!

The always have the right answers or they get it for me Johnny on the spot, you could not ask for a for a better staff to work with it. Mar 15,2019They really are GREAT hearing aids for the price. I have bought many pairs of hearing aids, and none have worked for me. The last pair I bought were the expensive kind (I paid $6,000 for what they told me were regularly priced at $10,000). They sounded excellent in the office but needed charging and filled with wax from my ears quickly. Then, I lost them. The insurance co-pay was much more than the cost of my Nano hearing aids. Because of the rave reviews, I bought Nanos instead. I'm very glad I did! The sound is almost comparable to the very, VERY expensive ones! And, for me, the hearing aids function even better! I charge them each night, and they have yet filled with wax. I am delighted with my purchase!

Mar 15,2019The aids do not cancel the background noise very well. The right hearing aid always has a squeal while the left aid seems more balanced.

Mar 15,2019I I have not worn my hearing aid and have had it for over a year, was suppose to get free batteries for a year and did not. This was a huge waste of money for me

Mar 15,2019ListenClear has been great! I've had a couple of problems with my hearing aids, but their Customer Service has been very helpful and courteous to help me. However, will be discontinuing the monthly hearing aid shipment due to cost.

Mar 15,2019I called to tell them Mr. Ritcherson passed away and asked them not to charge his credit card. They asked me to return the devices which I did and they still charged his credit card. Not nice

Mar 15,2019My hearing aides help me quite a bit, especially when I am at meetings, at church and other events. At other places I get a lot of outside noise, but I think that is with all hearing aides. I thank you for making it possible to get them.
