Mar 15,2019Couldn't get one or other to stop humming and wouldn't fit in ears right. If I got them in could only hear out of one. Haven't wore them for months. That's why I tried to return them eliminate the bill.

Mar 15,2019I have two observations: The batteries don't last long maybe three or four hours only. I have the battery in the battery compartment and connect it only when needed. Remove batteries when not in use. Can't think of a better way to get max bang for the buck Looks like the hearing aids work as an amplifier and does not cut- out/cancel the background noise. Background noise is my main problem. since this device doesn't cutout background noise as it was advertised to do, it does not help me much. Sorry for my frank evaluation. I'm sure you would like to hear from all your customers that the device is great.I am sorry if I disappoint you.

Mar 15,2019I called customers service to report my left ear piece was not working and after trying some different things he said it needed service and would cost $100.00 for them to look at it. I declined and decided to use my old one. The phone service was excellent.

Mar 15,2019I find the hearing aids to be helpful but they do amplify a lot of background noise and I get a lot of whistle feedback if I turn them up to hear in noisy environment. Also the batteries go flat quickly (yes I do turn them off by opening the battery case) my tinnitus is bad and the hearing aids don’t do much to overcome the ringing. Not sure if I am getting good value.

Mar 15,2019Have been suffering hearing loss for years. The military my job has attributed to some as well. Tried many aids this product was sold to my wife over the phone. Believe me when I say this has been the best by far. Kudos to all who perfected this to help all of us with hearing loss. My family is thrilled with the results. Thank you

Mar 15,2019I have two suggestions that I think would make a better hearing aid. 1. Convert to rechargeable power 2. Have the speaker in the ear bud area I am satisfied with the listen clear hearing aids that I have but think the above two suggestions would make a better product, especially suggestion #1.
