Mar 15,2019Hearing Aids do not help a person with hearing lose! You might as well use a horn or cup your hand to magnify sound as use these hearing aids.Batteries last three days at best. Complained and was told I would get replacement and then another customer rep said no get used to them. Asked to return them; told no, have audioligust check your ears. This product is CRAP, does not work and is ripping off people and stealing their money...must be run by the Government!

Mar 15,2019a great customer service that looked after me 110%. I lost one hearing in Euador and they sent onevout immediately so I would be all fitted upon my return to the US. Helping out on a repair replacement was also done fortuitiously and a third was sending a connector earplug post haste after accidently bresking it on my cart door. Cannot say enough the service. Mar 15,2019My experience has been that the batteries do not last more than one day. Also, the tip on my right ear became lodged in my ear and I did not catch it, thought I lost it and it became infected. So the ear tips need to be a better fit. I finally discovered the tip after having a Dr. examine me more effectively and then remove it.

Mar 15,2019My hearing aides worked well for most of the first year. However they are not holding up My right one works when it wants to and the left is working most of the time. I am disappointed and feel cheated. I talked with customer service and I don't feel like they listened to me and just guessed what my problem was and sent me another piece. However it didn't work... so I'm waiting for the payments to be done and I can get a better pair. I almost feel like I've been scammed... $800 for each ear...

Mar 15,2019first off I missed by 1 day to cancel. I have not been happy with the aids themselves. I would have liked to be able to make adjustments in the level. also I use glasses for close up and it was to easy to damage the battery compartment and it would be nice to be able to turn off without opening the battery compartment

Mar 15,2019I have no problem with personnel. They are courteous and responsive. I do think the devices are troublesome. They seem to just stop working all too frequently. I send them in and they do send them back in working condition. After sometimes less than 12 months they stop working again. Sometimes I have been charged and other times no charge. It is a hassle to be without them while they are being repaired.

Mar 15,2019I dont use them anymore. I have had an extra pair of tubing..wires sent to me, they do not stay in the ears an they make my ear itch terribly. Im seriously thinking of sending them back an stopping all payments. Very very dissapointed.

Mar 15,2019To be able to hear and adjust the volume as needed is unique. Noises other than speech plays deeply into accurate hearing. ListenClear have applied to my need.
