Mar 15,2019I love their customer service and the hearing aid was top notch I was so happy about the payment plan because it was not affordable to pay all of the money up front the hearing aid was for my mom and it made communicating with her a dream before she was thinking I was saying things I wasn't these cleared up a lot of confusion we were having.... Mar 15,2019The hearing device works fairly well. However, when we ordered tips, they did not come. After 2 weeks I called about them and found the order had not been processed. They apologized and sent out the reuested tips and they work well.

Mar 15,2019I like the hearing aids, especially the adjustable volumes button. I don't like the white ends that go in the ear. I have never liked to put plugs in to decrease high pitch noise. After wearing them for 8 hours the inside of my ear gets itchy so I take them out. They pick up people who talk loud and anyone else who is talking. Sometimes I have trouble telling who is talking to me when someone louder is also talking. Often can hear some very interesting conversations that makes me laugh.

Mar 15,2019They helped me get a plug size to eliminate the distortion outside in the wind. Gave me video on how to assemble in my ears, etc. Very pleased with how much better I can hear with them. Thankyou!

Mar 15,2019I am not happy at ALL with Listen Clear . The seller Lied to me from the very beginning . He said that he would extend my time untill I recieved my glass,because they hurt in back of my Ears, then he said I could get them for Half price ,The batters are free ,but the postage is $7.95. That's more than you pay at Walmart , I had ins. on them . when I needed help I had to may in Full for a NEW side. They were Just a PAIN the Whole way . I should have Sent them back LIKE I told the guy in the First Place.

Mar 15,2019I agreed to try ListenClear after being pressured by sales force. When they came they didn’t fit or feel good. I told the company about them and that i didn’t want them so they offered them to me for $750 and I said i didn’t want them so they finally gave me a return address to ship them back. I was in the process of moving at the time and didn’t realize I had a time limit to get them back and apparently missed my limit therefore they refused to take them back and refused the $750 offer they had given me earlier. I recommend if they call you to hang up immediately!!!! Poor quality and poor customer service

Mar 15,2019I am quite satisfied with my Listen Clear hearing aids. My first ones were another brand and way too expensive and only lasted 4 years. I didn't want the kind people could see behind my ears but they have worked out well and I am able to adjust them for different situations. As a widow on a fixed income, I am very happy to be able to buy them on a payment plan. I also wear glasses and that has not been a problem either.

Mar 15,2019I think the caps are too big. I have problems keeping them in my ears. I am afraid to really push them in too far. I had to have a cap removed from my ear with my old hearing aids. .

Mar 15,2019the hearing aids are good but i prefer cic hearing aids. a lot less noticeable and I think the wound better to. I wish Listen Clear had the when I bought my hearing aids , 2 years ago.
