Mar 15,2019They help me in most situations but I can't seem to adjust them enough to hear clearly. The background noise is always an issue. They are too pricey but I would probably order them again. The smallest ear tips work best for me. I do I go about getting new tips?

Mar 15,2019I am extremely unhappy with my purchase. The units do not seem to be working properly. I bought these for my wife and they do not help at all to improve her hearing. If I could return and stop payments I would. I guess I will honor my contract, but I will not purchase again.

Mar 15,2019I have had my hearing aids for over a year now and they work very well for me. I am hopeful that I will not need them much longer...I've gone without them s few times and it's okay at home, for tv and phone calls. BUT I do need them when I go out where there is background noise or more than one person speaking at a time (also in the car due to the road noise).

Mar 15,2019Since I received the hearing aides, I have been very dissatisfied. They have caused me several ear infections even though I have followed cleaning instructions. When I called about this problem, in essence I was told “too bad”. I would not recommend your outfit to anyone I know

Mar 15,2019It was a good gesture for my father. The customer service was very nasty with me. I had issues with understanding the payments, they immediately began assuming that i wasnt going to pay and sent me to another department. The next representative guy followed with the story line and was talking nasty.At this point hearing aids are now not working. Paid too much for them to buy another pair. But I don't think I can get any help about them now.

Mar 15,2019The one thing that stops me from giving more than 3 stars is the fact you do not have a rubber cap that fits inside the ear that is smaller than a 7. I need either a 5 or 6. The little skinny one you have is too small.
