Mar 15,2019The hearing aids work good when I can keep them in my ears. Constantly having to put them back in. Because they are such a pain, I seldom wear them, thus I pretty much waisted my miney.

Mar 15,2019they really arent very comfortable and crackle when i wear them. After having them for sometime now, I wouldnt have bought them unless I was in bad need of them which i was not. I dont feel they are making any difference to my hearing.

Mar 15,2019I tried to return hearing aid twice before time ran out and was twice denied. Also I was promised batteries every 6 weeks but that has has not happened. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Mar 15,2019I decided I didn't want the hearing aids they did not meet my needs however I was told it was past the return date (I had been in the hospital) and I could not return them and that I would be charged for them. There has never been good customer service and I am now paying for instruments I cannot use because they are not programed for my hearing loss. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is better to deal with local people that you can deal with face to face and care about the service they provide.

Mar 15,2019These hearing aids to me, are great! I had Beltone for five years and did not like them. They were bottom of line when I purchased as it was all I could afford. Their hearing aids are VERY expensive, especially for retirees as I am.

Mar 15,2019I feel totally ripped off!! The first guy didn't explain much other than how great they are😲. Neither did the first lady the second lady done ok. I don't even where them anymore they just don't work good but yet I am still paying for them every month. I feel so stupid for buying them now they are just laying in the drawer😵. They don't tell you that you need A hearing test first. I need good ones I can't even think about buying until I get these paid off😰. Their not for everyone for sure now I am stuck and still can't hear!!

Mar 15,2019Way too expensive for what we get. They break easily and getting the little white rubber tips replaced is very expensive. My husband still has trouble hearing with that but mostly it is you don't get very much at all for the big bucks. I would never recommend listen clear.

Mar 15,2019we have had alot of issues with the hearing aids. They have taken care of issues somewhat. but we do not think they are worth the money we are paying for them and if we could we would just send them back and be done with it all.

Mar 15,2019They are crap nothing but amplifiers of all sounds which is not much help. I wasted my money and believe me I have told many fo not use Listen Clear!

Mar 15,2019After much testing, trial runs, battery life checking, device cleaning procedures, etc., etc. I have found my investment is a very worthwhile endeavor! My Hearing Specialist, Dr. Findley has been super-patient with a very impatient person. His excellent evaluation, modifications and other technical operations have improved my hearing GREATLY!
