Mar 15,2019These are great...I would recommend these hearing aids to anyone...When I received my hearing aids I could hear clearly for the 1st time in years...thanks Listenclear for letting me put them on payments without that I would of never been able to have hearing aids...y'all are awesome

Mar 15,2019ListenClear customer service reps (and Supervisors) have been very helpful and understanding. Even though the cost for these hearing aids are roughly half of most other companies, I appreciate the option to make monthly payments. Although the devices perform pretty well, I have been disappoiinted with the following: 1. Although you can select 1 of 4 pre-selected programs from the earpieces, you cannot control volume without the remote (which I have forgotten from home). 2. There is still quite a bit of feedback if you turn the volume up very high and if anything comes too close to your ears. 3. The units are not rechargable so batteries can get quite expensive.

Mar 15,2019I really like the smaller size of hearing aids since I wear glasses. I can wear them both an entire day with ear comfort.

Mar 15,2019Listen Clear has been very responsive to the questions I have had. They also have assisted in trouble shooting so I did not have to send in my hearing aids to fix a minor problem, as well as adjusting my aids to the latest hearing test evaluation. The turn around time for sending them in and getting them back was approximately 1 week.
