Mar 15,2019ListenClear are great hearing aids. They have made a big difference in my quality of life. My family especially loves them as well, they no longer have to repeat things or suffer through loud tv settings. Your customer service is also very good, however, having lost one of mine someone should have mentioned that there was an attachment that would keep the appliance in my ear. Other than that, I am totally happy with my purchase and will recommend them to friends and family

Mar 15,2019The only problem that I have is that I have to return the two hearing aids so that they can be adjusted. I talked with someone about this and was instructed to mail them back. I broke my foot on Christmas Day and have been unable to get iut to return them. I have been paying my monthly payment and have not been able to use them. I still have at least a month before I can get to either the post office or UPS. PLEASE make a note in your records and advise me if ther is another way to return them. Thank you. J Berry

Mar 15,2019The listen clear hearing aids work fine except the volume isn't balanced using the remote. I've had them adjusted once.

Mar 15,2019I like my hearaids, but wish that one control would adjust BOTH ears at the same time. Without that, I guess that I can tweek one ear a little stronger than the other ear! Who has that ability? HA
