Dec 13,2018After 5 WEEKS OF BEING TOLD I WILL BE REFUNDED I am still WAITING FOR A REFUND they have fobbed me off several times - these are emails from them 8 Nov I am just emailing following our phone call confirming that a refund will be actioned for you in the next day or so. Kind regards James The REFUND WAS STILL NOT MADE so after waiting 2 MORE WEEKS have had to raise a claim with my credit card company. The seemed helpful on the phone but based on this experience I would never buy anything from them again. If you decide to buy I'd recommend using paypal or a credit card as at least you'll have some extra consumer protection. Looking at other reviews on the web quite a few people have had similar issues with promised refunds not being forthcoming.

Dec 10,2018I cannot complain about the service I received when ordering the Wheels that was good, regretfully after taking all the packaging off, I found a chip on one for the rear wheels outer rim, being black this really shows up. I will have to spend time when the weather is better repairing.

Nov 22,2018Good service but could have sent me tracking details for the delivery, as I was not exactly sure when the wheels were arriving . This meant a 4 day wait as I was out when the first delivery was made and DPD do not deliver over the weekend

Nov 21,2018I needed some wheels with all weather tyres. Like most I Googled a search and found an Alloy/Rim I liked. LK Performance came up as one of the best prices, especially as I wanted them fitting and not just sent through the post. So having ordered them, I had a short wait (1week) for them to come in stock. Arranged with them a convenient time to call in and that was it. Had them fitted at their showroom/workshop, fantastic job. Wheels complete with tpms valves, wheel nuts inc' locking ones, fitted to my car. And the original wheels had been put in the back of the car for me. I've got to say they did a great job and the wheels look Great. They have a huge range of Rims on display and I'm sure they can order virtually any that are available.

Nov 14,2018Very pleased with service. I wanted to change my order, and they were very helpful. Then the wheels did not fit my car due to XL calipers. They arranged to uplift them, and offered several replacement options, and got them out ASAP. Ended up costing less than the original purchase, and a refund was arranged promptly. As ever, you only get a chance to really test a company when something goes wrong, and the customer service from the team was faultless. Thanks
