Aug 28,2021The best decision I ever made! The whole team are lovely and supportive. I was given all the information so that I was fully prepared for the surgery, aftercare and recovery. I was supported throughout the process and the team took time at each step to ensure that I was comfortable. The procedure was very quick and the recovery went smoothly. I have had regular check ins with the team and they are very responsive to any queries I have. When you are having surgery on your eyes you need to know that you're in a safe pair of hands, and I really did with Dr Carp and his team. I felt like they really cared about my recovery, and that I wasn't just a number to them. My vision is now 20/20, which it has never been before (even with glasses). I have no issues with my vision and am so happy that I went ahead with the surgery. I am so glad that I went with London Vision Clinic and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Aug 23,2021Another regular check up. This time after a year. Hard to believe that time has passed already. Really detailed analysis, numerous tests and scans, with time spent with Brendan to assess. Feel well looked after and considered with consideration given depending on how things progress. Nice to get a message from Glenn too, showing he’s monitoring everything too.

Aug 21,2021London Vision Clinic is a fantastic place to get your vision fully corrected. Every step was managed professionally and I had full confidence in my surgeon and the team. I now have excellent 20/20 vision where before I was quite short sighted (needing glasses for most/all activities). Everything has been provided for and there is a 0% finance package that allowed me to pay for my surgery without worry. The price is similar to other opticians but I highly recommend the London Vision Clinic. I have great vision and do not have dry eyes or any issues (spots or needing other glasses) and have always been able to get support whenever I needed it and everything was fully explained at every stage (and backed up by solid data and information packs!). After a day of rest after the surgery (which was really simple; just look towards a green light for a few seconds, everything goes white and then it’s done!) I have had fantastic vision ever since; very happy I decided to get my vision corrected and lose the glasses.

Aug 17,2021I had surgery for ‘Laser Blended Vision’ at the London Vision Clinic in the Autumn of 2019. My eye sight was -9/-10. I was short sighted all of my life and in recent years also needed reading glasses. From the moment I rang the clinic, there was straightforward and clear and realistic advice from the team. There was never any hard sell. I was told that given my prescription, I would most likely have an outcome that would mean I may still need glasses for driving at night time and possibly for computer work and reading long periods but would not need them the rest of the time. This is exactly what my outcome was. I was very lucky to be allocated Vimal as my Optometrist. His knowledge is immense and he prepared me for everything (including the unexpected). My sister had her surgery at my recommendation a year later. What better recommendation could I make?

Aug 14,2021The service is extremely professional and attentive. It is obvious how much investment has been put into quality control and giving patients the best possible outcome and experience. Because one of my eyes was slightly overcorrected, which is an inevitable risk of this kind of operation, I am being operated on again free of charge to fix it. This risk was fully explained before the first operation and I am confident it will all work out well. I am DELIGHTED not to have to wear glasses or contacts anymore.

One year later I still have 20/20 vision and I'm super pleased with my life changing experience. Mr Stuart is the best! It's also great to know that there is continued aftercare and that the team will be looking after me for years to come :)

The whole process was fantastic, and I would highly recommend the clinic to anybody considering surgery. You have direct contacts for the team and so any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly. Only slight issue I had was with scheduling some of the follow up appointments as I don't live in London.
