Dec 23,2024Ordered collection of dry cleaning today, but didn't turn up in the 3 hour window with no explanation. Contacted the company and they just said they went to another of my addresses. Then told the facility was closed. This is the second time this has happened. Email confirmation can confirm the address that should have been used. IT systems need sorting as others have commented on. Not as good as it used to be!

Dec 22,2024Generally a good service, often with pickup the same day as booked and return 2-3 days later. Laundry always comes back as one would expect: clean, ironed and folded (or on a hanger if appropriate). The one exception we had was a while ago when they managed to lose some bed linen -- but I guess that's always the risk with such a service. Pickup and return times for us are always evenings, and can be quite late, but they're manageable now we know what to expect. The drivers are heroes and seem to be able to manage Herculean quantities of laundry at a time. We've also discovered we can return all the extra wire hangers we get! Overall certainly recommended.

Dec 17,2024Used to be great! The laundry itself is not too bad. But the new website update and transfer of existing clients to it has not been done well. It’s actually a pain to navigate through. There is no longer a calculated price estimate shown which is also a downside. Last but not least, the last couple of times they have been late with collection & delivery and the tracking links don’t seem to work anymore. Might shop around, but happy to stick around if some of these issues were resolved. Maybe a work in progress?

Dec 15,2024It was my first time to have my wool coats to be dry cleaned with Love2laundry and I had a great experience with them! From efficient timing of pick up until it has been delivered. Received my coats in very good condition and care. Their customer service was great too it was a prompt response from Fatima when I have my inquiry. Definitely I will book another dry cleaning services with them. Cheers!

Dec 02,2024I’ve been a regular customer for 3 years. Their service is consistent and although it’s tricky to speak to an actual person, the speed of response on email is impressive. Last night I realised I’d not updated my address - I was able to contact the driver via the tracking link, and he kindly diverted to my new place. I also emailed customer service and it was all dealt with within 15 min by the lovely Fatima. Their prices are more than reasonable and customer service brilliant. Highly recommend giving them a try !

Dec 02,2024Very bad service they damaged my clothes. They have their laundry service outsourced here in Bahrain. Their ironing can't good. 2 of my new t-shirts got damaged because of their bad ironing. I will never use their service again. And when I complained they refused to give me a refund and they were asking of I give them a chance to fix my t-shirts. I refused to give them another chance because I don't trust them.

Dec 28,2024Our laundry was completely ruined. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - we had very expensive clothing with specific instructions to dry clean only. They put all of our items in a washer and dryer except for a flannel shirt was returned dry cleaned. The items cost over a thousand pounds and they offered only 150 in credits. After they realized they had no excuses they changed their tune to “we followed instructions”. Why offer credits if they followed instructions? We have pictures of ruined clothes. If you use this company you are gambling with your clothing.
