Nov 20,2024I’ve used Love2Laundry a few times since my cat has become unwell over the last couple of years, and she has been sick multiple times on my duvet. I live in a place that seems to confound delivery drivers, who often need multiple phone calls to get them here, but each time, Love2Laundry has arrived at my flat for pickup and drop off with no drama at all, even when my intercom was broken, which has previously led to lesser mortals dumping my goods outside my block of flats and scarpering, or just phoning me and shouting at me about it, which is all very stressful (side note: I wasn’t responsible for fixing the broken intercom system to 250+ flats). So I dread getting things picked up or delivered here. But I had none of this from Love2Laundry. And this latest time, they even washed the duvet twice to try to get rid of cat hair. 100% 5-star operation, and the lovely chap who picks up from me is an absolute gem.

Nov 12,2024Last time, I sent two bathrobes - which were returned without belts (which had been threaded through the belt loops). L2L no interest in retrieving the 'lost' items and no responsibility accepted. This time, they claimed laundry sent with "stains", on inquiry, L2L said meant "damaged" (incorrectly). Only half the laundry was returned on time (48 hrs), without notice, but full sum taken from bank account (including items not returned). When I inquired, they indicated outstanding items not ready and would be delivered 24 hours later. They then took a further sum from my bank account - without notice or agreement.

Nov 08,2024I have consistently faced issues with Love2Laundry’s service, and unfortunately, they’ve only gotten worse over time. Despite explicitly providing clear instructions, my items were consistently mishandled, with tailored shirts repeatedly returned with pins, and my clothing improperly folded or hung—even though each piece was clearly marked. Each time, I received a form response from customer service, offering vague apologies and discounts instead of a real solution. I even escalated my concerns to management, but the follow-up was just more empty promises and delays. The service recovery offered didn’t make up for the repeated damage and frustration. After repeated disappointments and a complete lack of accountability from their team, I’ve decided to file a chargeback. I’d strongly advise anyone considering Love2Laundry to look elsewhere for reliable and professional laundry services.
