Nov 11,2023I think they will get there but the pick up was late and the comms to tell me they were late left me confused as to whether they were coming or not. Having said that the customer service rep did email back to confirm promptly. The washing was delivered on time and folded. My only thing was that many of the clothes were folded inside out - I would have expected them to be turned the right way before folding. Small things but hopefully easy fixed.

Nov 10,2023I had an amazing experience with this dry cleaning service. The convenience is unparalleled – they come to pick up your clothes on the same day. The prices are reasonable, and the courier, Mason, is incredibly friendly. They send SMS updates with the option to track the driver and know exactly when they'll pick up your laundry. We gave them two blankets, and they returned them in excellent condition. We'll definitely use their service again. Excellent all around. Thank you!

Nov 10,2023Sent a coat which had a belt attached to it and love2laundry returned the coat without the belt. After over three weeks, the only resolution they have offered is that "we do not assume liability for any accessories or additional items that may be attached to the garments" Update 26/11/23: After the reply on trustpilot, there has been zero contact so it is obviously an attempt to remove their negative reviews. Their trust pilot reply was also the same as their reply over emails. I waited 3 weeks before leaving the review to allow them to resolve, clearly the 'investigation' is for show, as it has now been close to 6 weeks with absolutely no attempt from love2laundry to find a resolution.

Nov 10,2023I had a 2 peace suit and 3 shirts for dry cleaning I paid 25 pounds the suit was good but the 3 shirts my 7 year old grand daughter could have made a better job pressing them so very disappointed

Nov 07,2023Worst company- disgusting service!! Lost items, items returned STANK of cigarette smoke, some items not even washed (knickers still unclean). A whole bunch of items that were not mine. Some items still wet when returned. Lost bed sheets from The White Company where they take no responsibility for them. It couldn’t really get any worse. No response from customer service and issue has been going on for weeks. Shocked. Never been treated so poorly by ANY company, ever. You be the judge if you want this for your nice clothes

Nov 06,2023A delivery of 1 day resulted in an ongoing case of 2 weeks with the items being returned twice due to poor service. They don't offer refunds. The items were firstly delivered completely un-ironed, only folded, without the company saying something in advance. When I complained with pictures they claimed it was because they were pre-washed. I responded with a picture of me ironing it at home and my result, and then they offered to re-try. On the second delivery the actually re-washed and re-ironed the items, only for them to arrive again un-ironed. Again the company did not say anything in advance. When again complaining to the company, they admitted they only washed them and not ironed. Then they were sent for a third time. They were re-washed and re-ironed. This time 80% arrived ironed and I dropped my case because this has ridiculously exceeded 2 weeks.
