The only thing that I would recommend it would a platform or application for more easiest communication than the email. Keep the good service and work you are the best.

Oct 31,2023I had an issue with my delivery, it was booked in for 11-2pm and didn’t receive it until nearly 7pm. It was very hard to get in touch with customer service at the weekend, and I was given several reasons for the delay, too many orders, traffic, issues with the drivers van. All of that would have been fine, if there had been any communication about the delay. I was told twice that they were sorry for the delay and it would arrive at X time, which it didn’t and I had to reach out again and again. The cleaning was fine, but the delays and poor communication meant that my plans had to be cancelled and ultimately I could have done it myself and saved 50 quid. There are more reliable options out there, I wouldn’t use Love2Laundry again.
