Oct 24,2023At first , they were reliable and trust worthy. But following the last two washes, they decided to take two unauthorised payments afterwards after the payment. What was shocking is that the initial payment of £148 was not added. Mr bank declined as it was unauthorised. They tried to take an additional fee again with the last wash. I called them out on this and they claimed the last wash was heavier (after the wash) and they held my last wash at ransom . I explained that I would authorise this last payment and cut off all ties as I found their financial aspects dubious. After they ‘apologised’ , they went ahead and placed admin charges for the correspondences. I have only one advice to others, RUN AND DON’T LOOK BACK !’. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Oct 20,2023Not being funny ; I can clean and iron shirts better myself and I don't own an iron. Now have to take these shirts straight to another cleaning service to be ready for Monday. Spent £50 up front, waste of time and money. Gutted. Lovely collection / drop off staff though.
