Oct 19,2023horrible. I gave a good review at first for the driver, he was nice, but now I see the duvet I had washed. I am extremely frustrated. My duvet was WASHED not dry cleaned as requested. I know this because in the previous emails the customer service, they said it could not be delivered because it was WET (??? they promised me they'd read the cleaning instructions and only dry clean). my order arrived and the whole duvet WAS DYED PINK. I am so furious. it is ruined!!!! I feel disturbed like my personal belongings were destroyed. I am so upset, this duvet was not cheap and the whole material is ruined, it does not feel the same as it clearly was not handled with no care and NOT dry cleaned. If I wanted it washed I would have done that myself. even the tag is faded, it's barely readable as they probably did an intensive, damaging wash. It doesn't feel soft anymore either. I'm just so upset, what a horrible experience
