I have never ordered from 'Low Cost Plumbing Supplies' before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am so impressed by the speed and quality of the service provided. The communication was brilliant, I was notified about the whereabouts of my order at all times (from order confirmation, all the way through to confirmation of delivery) and was able to track the delivery on the day that it was due. When it arrived, everything was safely packed and no parts were missing. Thank you! :)

Ordered on the 28th of June arrived just over two weeks later. Wrong product supplied, pic’s sent explaining problem, still no joy, told company to arrange pickup. One. Of the worst companies I have Ever used.

Great service, especially Abbie as we had problems sourcing a shower tray during lockdown which was sorted that same day, and items were posted and delivered promptly as soon as the items could be sourced.

Pretty poor follow up to telephone conversations which on the face of it sounded quit positive,I understand not easy at the moment for anyone, but if you say you will do something do it or just say no so I am sat here with something I don't need or want.

Delivered on time, good communication regarding order/delivery also with customer service team. Had a slight issue with part of order, but dealt with same day and new one sent out by courier and received within days. Great value as well ! 👍
