Brilliant service from start to finish. Website easy to navigate, approximate delivery timescale advised at point of order and order placed with no problem. Immediate e mail confirmation of order followed by updates as the delivery date neared. On the day of the delivery, a 2hr time slot was confirmed which was met by a lovely friendly driver who helped carry the package into the garage. Would definitely recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Item booked wasn’t in stock when went for collection. Help desk wasn’t educated enough with their products. Better off calling the trade counter to find out exactly what’s in stock. Trade counter had better knowledge of products.

Avoid, was not able to complete a return within 30 days due to lockdown and they refuse to do anything about it. Didn't receive a promised callback, poor customer service

The service we received from Abbie was excellent, she answered all my questions and I had confidence in what she was saying. Delivery was very quick and polite driver. Part of our order is delayed due to the manufacturer being closed but Abbie has kept us informed of progress along the way. Would definitely use Low Cost Plumbing Supplies again and highly recommend them.
