Order material said 2/3 days came 3days later . Did what they said more than happy , will use them again . Live on Orkney so not easy to get material sometimes

I ordered the product on 3 April and paid £4.pp for a small item. Delivery was promised by 8April and karate afternoon on th 9th and I am still waiting. Another company made a larger delivery at mo extra cost in 2 days. Service is very poor even allowing for Corvid19 . Will not use them again.

I ordered a shower enclosure and a shower tray Prompt delivery unfortunately the shower tray was broken I informed them and they sent a replacement as soon as possible The customer service is excellent Would use this company again without hesitation

Fast and prompt service. Unfortunately one part was not available until the following week. I received an apology from them offering me the opportunity to cancel my order if I wished. I was given a refund of the amount that I had paid extra for express delivery.

They did not return my call regarding why my order was still pending 4 days after ordering and paying for my boiler, when I cancelled my order they said it was being delivered that day, despite someone being home all day the boiler never arrived. Phoned low cost plumbing who contacted the supplier and phoned back immediately. I requested a full refund, which they did immediately. Checking my account yesterday my order is still pending. Have 3 stars because of poor customer service until cancelling when it was excellent.

Radiator arrived in good time and in good order, but with no advanced warning apart from a phone call from the driver about 30 mins ahead. It was mounted on an absurd pallet totally out of joint with delivery to a home, with instructions that the driver was not to help unpack. Online experience fine for ordering.

purchased a tap on line once fitted found to have a defect Shaun was straight on the case a new one arrived even before the faulty one was sent back. Fantastic customer service would not hesitate to use them again. Well done.
