First shower tray was slightly damaged so I contacted low cost plumbing supplies and they sorted it straight away, and sent out a replacement, guy on the phone was friendly and polite, would definitely use again A +++++++++

As a professional plumber I require a quality supplier who will provide good quality products at the right price and deliver them when I require them not when they want to deliver. I am glad to say low cost plumbing supplies fulfilled my requirements (almost !!). I gave 4 stars which should really have been 5 stars because when my order arrived I was shocked to see on the large cardboard box the 1100x1900 wetroom glass panel arrived in had 3 size 10 boot prints straight across it, someone had actually walked across the box while it was laid flat !!!!!!!!!!. This shows someone with total disregard for the contents. The packaging of the other items was also very tatty to the extent that I was dreading unpacking. However as it happens everything was in perfect condition and I am pleased with my purchase. The staff on the customer help line were first class and dealt with my enquiries professionally and promptly, going above and beyond expectations. It was only the courier delivery that was a little lacking but that is a third party issue and not this companies fault.

Had been looking at loads of bathroom sites on the internet. This one happened to come up after several days of looking. Had exactly what I was looking for. Good value for money. Will definitely use this site again. Was concerned about delivery as stated signature required. Luckily, sensible driver left. Items in a safe place

Customer service was excellent. After receiving notification of impending delivery I rang to say that wasn't convenient and they changed delivery to one of my choice. Delivery arrived as promised within a 2 hour slot with a text 15 minutes before to say we were the next delivery. Excellent.
