Quick delivery,only a slight problem with low costs supplier Kartell not communicating date or time of delivery which was not fault of Low cost received apology from Low cost for this Would recommend Low Cost Plumbing

I ordered two differently sized items as I wasn't sure which one would be suitable. I determined that I could return the unsuitable item in a brief online 'chat' conversation with someone at the company. Both items arrived speedily, were well packaged and were competitively priced. Following an email discussion re the returns process I have returned the unsuitable item in the original packaging, and all being well expect a full refund. Very helpful staff, friendly and professional. Should I need plumbing supplies in the future I would have no hesitation in using Low Cost Plumbing again.

Great service, my only gripe was I couldn't pay with a credit/debit card and have the items delivered to site only to the billing address. Had to pay by bank transfer for a different delivery address.
