Ordered just before Christmas and they emailed me straight away and informed me that they couldn’t process the order until after new year and would that be ok? Good communication from the start and kept me up to date with the order at every step. Great product too. Highly recommended.

Okay not had my stuff delivered yet but my only downside is the banking system not allowing me to use my Spanish card that's a shame but not low costs fault,after many phone calls and exhaustive questions Terri-Anne was always what you would hope for from a supplier you get 10 out of 10 for sticking to your task young lady Thankyou so looking forward to fitting items after there long journey

Just a bad experience as a whole, after ordering instantly told the majority of the order was not in stock and would take an extra week. Was not too fussed at first but then incorrect items turned up, called to explain only to be told what I had ordered is no longer available. Had to send numerous emails and make calls just to get what I ordered. 2 weeks later stuff had still not turned up and had to be chased again. If I order £1000 worth of stuff I want it to arrive hassle free and not be on the phone every day.

The tap I ordered arrived in timely fashion, but despite my specifically asking the online chat facility if the tap came complete with flexible connector hoses and being assured that it did, it didn't.
